Sweet cheese pie and dehydrated apricots

The pie tray should be prepared and lined with butter. We leave the sheets to thaw.

Cheese crushed with a fork or grated if necessary, mix it with sugar, vanilla, sour cream, 5 eggs.

Cut the apricots into cubes and soak them in brandy. After they have softened, mix them with the cheese, but do not add the remaining brandy. Put in the pan greased with butter 3-4 sheets of pies, each of them to be greased on the whole surface with oil. We put them on top of each other greased in the tray, we put part of the filling with cheese, We put another 3-4 sheets greased with oil, another round of filling, until we finish them all, and on top we have sheets left. The milk together with the 4 eggs we have left, with 50 gr of sugar, mix or beat a little with the whisk. Before putting the milk over the pie, cut it from place to place, to allow the milk to enter as much as possible through the pie. Pour the milk over the pie and put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.


Preparation Bread with nuts and dehydrated fruits

I chose and prepared the dehydrated fruits.

Dough prepared in the previous recipe (see here) I divided it into 3. I spread a third of it in a sheet 40 cm long and 20 cm wide. I sprinkled fruits and nuts on top and rolled it.

I placed the bread on baking paper in a tray (next to bread braided with pumpkin seeds, dehydrated onions and parmesan) and I let it rise for another 10 minutes, covered with a kitchen cloth. I heated the oven to 200 C and placed in it (on the bottom) a tray with water (for steam). Before baking, I wiped the surface of the bread with a wet hand and sprinkled it with a little gluten-free flour.

I baked the bread for 45 minutes, of which the first 30 at 200C then I reduced it to 180C. It browned very nicely and made a crispy crust.


Cheese and apricot pie, without dough

1. Wash the apricots, put them in boiling water for a few minutes, then take them out and peel them. Cut in half and clean the seeds.

2. Mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the cheese, lemon zest, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and pudding powder and mix the composition. Spread half of the composition in a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina. Sprinkle flour over the apricot halves, mix and place in the tray with the cut down.

3. Add the remaining cheese and put everything in the oven for 60 minutes on low heat. After baking, let the cake cool, then cut into pieces and powder with vanilla powdered sugar.


Pie with sweet cheese and raisins

Ingredient:
1 pack of commercial palcinta sheets or ingredients for home cooking:
1 packet margarine,
150 ml of water,
20 g yeast,
1 pinch of salt,
1 teaspoon honey,
flour,
For the filling:
700 g sweet cottage cheese,
4 eggs,
3 sachets of vanilla sugar,
250 g sugar,
100 g raisins,

Method of preparation:
For the sheets: margarine and salt are put in a large bowl. Dissolve the yeast in a glass with 150 ml of water and a teaspoon of honey, mix until dissolved. Fill the glass with warm water and pour over the margarine, sprinkle with flour, knead by hand until you get a dough of the right consistency. The dough bowl is covered with a kitchen napkin and left to rise, in a warm place, for 1-2 hours. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a bowl put the cheese, eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar and mix until a homogeneous composition is obtained. The raised dough is divided into two halves. From the first half, on a plate sprinkled with flour, spread a sheet the size of the tray in which the pie is baked. Grease the pan with margarine and flour or place a baking sheet. Over the pie sheet in the pan, add the filling, sprinkle with raisins. Place the second spread sheet of dough over the filling. Put in the oven and leave until the pie is browned, about 40-45 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven, wrap with a clean kitchen towel and leave for 30 minutes. Then cut into the desired pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.


Cheese and dill pie at Panini Maker Breville

I said that I will make the most of Panini Maker Breville and I chose to prepare a recipe for Pie with cheese and dill at Panini Maker Breville.

Because I still have some cravings in the house and they always want something else and something else and sweet and salty, today I delighted them with these pies.
I was a little afraid that they would not bake inside, but it seems that I was afraid in vain.
It's all about making the pie sheet thinner and we won't have any problems.
Instead, at the first pie he gave me some cheese on the outside, it flowed a bit, but from the second I adjusted the composition and everything was ok.

  • For the dough:

  • 100 gr butter
  • 200 ml of warm milk
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 450-500 gr flour
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • For filling:
  • 300 gr salted cheese
  • 1 dill connection
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 4-5 pieces of dehydrated tomatoes

Here is how we prepare the recipe for Cheese and Dill Pie at Panini Maker Breville!

For the dough, rub the butter with the salt and sugar until it foams. Then add the egg, mix, add the vinegar, then dilute everything with warm milk. We start to gradually incorporate the flour mixed with the dry yeast.
I used a small yeast sachet from Dr. Oetker.
Knead an elastic and slightly soft, but non-sticky dough, which you leave to rise for 30 minutes, covered so that no crust forms.

If the yeast is good, it will grow immediately, but it also depends on the flour used.
I use country flour, I got used to it and I didn't need another one.
For the filling, crush the cheese with a fork and mix it with chopped dill, chopped tomatoes and a tablespoon of breadcrumbs.

As I said in the introduction, at the first pie the cheese melted and kind of came out, then from the second I added breadcrumbs.
If I was making the pie in the oven, I would add semolina, but I was afraid that the semolina would not be prepared on the appliance and you would gnash your teeth.
Divide the dough into four, as well as the cheese. We spread two thin sheets of 2-3 mm, which we fill with cheese and glue the edges well.

I made the pies as big as the size of the appliance tray.

Connect the appliance to the power supply, and when the green LED lights up, add the pie. We close the lid and leave it for two rounds of program.

Okay, let's check and see how long it bakes.

I kept them that way, two rounds and they baked very well.
We have to keep in mind that the edges also ripen, and don't be afraid that they are outside, because they really ripen.

They are very good, especially served with fresh vegetables!

In the cheese composition you can add red onion, chopped scales.
This Panini Maker Breville is very useful, it does a lot and I still haven't tested everything I set out to do!


Sweet cheese pie

I made this pie more than a year ago and I couldn't post it.

It is a variant of low carb cheese pie, gluten free, less guilty, no sugar,

a kind of cheesecake with coconut flour. Good for everything.

You can flavor it with vanilla, lemon peel, orange peel or rum, according to your preferences.

It is very fast and good, both as a dessert, snack and as a breakfast. It goes great with some

berries on top (which I kept on the fire with a little sweetener and a pseudo sweetness formed).

750 g ricotta (or finer sweet cheese)

200 ml sour cream for whipped cream

4 tablespoons xylitol (or stevia, or other sweetener)

grated peel of a lemon

& ndash quantities for a 22 x 32 cm tray & ndash

How come:

Mix ricotta with cream for whipped cream (liquid), vanilla and yolks for about 1 minute.

(I would add 1/3 teaspoon of turmeric, for color)

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add the sweetener in the rain and mix until

the foam is hard. Slowly incorporate, with a spatula, the egg whites into the cheese composition.

Pour into a pan greased with oil and lined with flour (or greased with butter) and bake in preheated oven

at 180 C for about 30 minutes.

We cut when it cools and we can serve, as I said at the beginning, plain or with a frozen berry sauce

made on the fire with 1-2 tablespoons of xylitol. We can use for sauce and raspberries or frozen strawberries. It will be just as good.

Simple, fast, not very caloric and good.

Note: you can use sugar instead of xylitol, also 4 tablespoons.

Instead of coconut flour, if you do not follow a low carb diet, you can put 3 tablespoons of flour or 3 tablespoons of semolina.


Serbian pie with cheese

The Serbian pie is delicious and has the advantage that we can eat it between meals, we can take it with us to work or we can give it to the children at school in a package. It is easy and quite fast.

Ingredient:
1 packet of pie sheets,
200 g salted cheese,
200 g milk, yogurt or sour cream,
2 eggs,
100 g oil,
100 g sour cream or milk,
1 or,

Method of preparation:
In a greased 2 liter pan place 2 sheets, lining the edges. Sprinkle with oil, then break half of the sheets, rub, sits next to each other. Grate half of the cheese over them and pour half of the milk mixed with the eggs. Put another layer of & # 8222gogoloaie & # 8221 from the sheets, without pressing, cheese, milk and the third layer of sheets, pour sour cream with egg, pour a little more oil, bake over high heat.

When it is brown, take it out of the oven, sprinkle with a little milk and cover with a towel to steam. Turn the knife on the edges and turn it over on a plate in all its round splendor.

How to make a peasant pie recipe with cheese, yogurt and peaches?

How do we prepare the fruit for the pie?

We wash the peaches, wipe them and peel them. We cut them into larger cubes.

How do we prepare the composition of cheese and yogurt for the pie?

First, heat the oven to 170 C with ventilation (medium stage for gas). Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites well with a pinch of salt. When the foam is hard, add 120 g of sugar and continue beating until you get a hard, dense and shiny foam (if you turn the bowl over your head so that the foam does not run into your head). Separately, rub the yolks with 120 g of sugar and vanilla.

After a consistent foam is formed from the yolks, add the starch (mix at low speed) and finally the cheese and yogurt. We also pour the egg white foam over this composition and incorporate it with great care, using a spatula (not the mixer!). We try not to crush the foam so as not to lose the air accumulated in it.

How to make cheese, yogurt and peach pie?

I placed a sheet of dough on a baking sheet, sprinkled it with oil, sprinkled a little sugar and grated lemon peel and covered it with the second. I repeated the operation until I obtained 3 overlapping sheets.

I took out 2 good cream polishes and put them aside (we will need them at the end). I divided the rest of the cream into 3 and put the first portion. I sprinkled it with a third of the peaches.

We will have 4 rows of leaves, 4 of cream but only 3 with fruit & # 8211 on top no more peaches. Another 3 sheets followed (among them with sugar, lemon peel and oil), and with 1/3 cream and 1/3 fruit. I arranged the sheets at the edge, gently pressed with the palm of my hand and repeated the operation.

There are only 3 sheets left. I put them on (with sugar, lemon peel and sprinkled with oil) and covered the two cream poles set aside.

Baking Peasant pie with cheese, yogurt and peaches

Bake the pie for 25 minutes in the preheated oven at 170 C. Then reduce the temperature to 160 C and bake for another 20-25 minutes. It must brown on the surface and the sheets must cook well, not remain raw inside.

After baking, let the pie cool, sit down. If we try to cut it hot, the filling will flow from it. Then we cut the edges which are not very beautiful but are delicious. We slice the pie into squares, to the desired size.

What a fine aroma the fruits have, how beautifully the pie has grown! It is not left with a finger in the tray but is about 4-5 cm high! The sheets are baked, the pie is easily cut. The secret is to beat the egg whites well. It is not worth skipping this step if we want a quality result.

The pie can be sprinkled with vanilla powdered sugar.
