A quick salad that can be embedded even at the office (in the kitchenette or office;)!)

  • Mixed salad (Mix of endive leaves, frieze and radicchio) approx. 150 g,
  • Tuna in olive oil approx. 100 g,
  • Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp,
  • Limits 1 piece,
  • Red onion 1 large piece.

Servings: 1

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mixed leaves (endive, frieze and radicchio) with tuna and red onion:

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

In a large bowl, put the salad mix, then the red onion rings, the minced tuna together with half of the canned olive oil, the balsamic vinegar and mix gently until all the flavors are friendly. Garnish with slices of limes.

The salad is served as such or for those who are not on a diet, with black bread or stick.
