Pumpkin bite

The zucchini are cleaned and cut into rounds, over which salt is placed and set aside.

Peel the onion, put the carrot on a small grater. Heat a little oil in a pan, when it is ready add the onion, the carrot, leave it to harden a little, add the meat. It goes well with salt, pepper, thyme, paprika. Mix well and add a little water. Let it boil for about 5-7 minutes. At the end, add the breadcrumbs and finely chopped parsley.

When the composition has cooled, add an egg. Interfere.

The zucchini, after being salted (price of 7-10 min), are put in a pan with a few drops of oil, very little, maximum 30 seconds. They are taken out on napkins.

In a rectangular yenna bowl put a little oil, put a row of sliced ​​pumpkin, minced meat and on top of the last row of pumpkin. From sour cream, two eggs and grated cheese we prepare a sauce that we put over the moussaka. Keep 2-3 tablespoons of grated cheese and put on top. Powder with a little pepper and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
