2 cups red canned beans
1 cup canned corn
1 bell pepper
1 avocado
2 red cherry cups

Ingredients Chicken breast salad with barley and feta pasta:

  • 2 fillet chicken breasts (no skin, no bone)
  • 1 cane barley paste
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 150 grams of lightly crushed feta cheese with a fork

Method of preparation

The seasoned chicken breast is grilled or steamed, left to cool, then cut into pieces.

Thanks for the recipe! It's the first time I've tried Curry and it turned out well. I left only 1 1/2 H in the fridge. Does anyone know if the taste is different if it stays longer in the fridge (overnight)?

I did it on Sunday too and it turned out great. I left it overnight in the fridge and it froze very well. I cooked in the pan but I think it's even better on the grill!

sprinkle with oregano and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
When serving, add lemon juice or yogurt mixed with olive oil.
