Papanas preparation recipe
In a bowl, mix the cheese with the eggs and the lemon peel.
Add sugar, flour mixed with baking powder, salt and semolina.
Mix all ingredients.
Put flour on the work table, knead the dough by hand giving it the shape of a roll, cut it into equal pieces, 10 dough shapes and 10 balls.
Heat the oil.
The dough is formed into rounds, with a hole in the middle and separate round balls.

Put the sour cream with a spoon, put the papanasul, put a finetti with another spoon on top, and put the fried dough ball on top.
Recipe for preparing papanas with sour cream and finetti by gaby - Recipes
These are the skewers from Saturday, but today I'm taking another tour. They're so good you can't get enough. Literally, you have to try them :))
It doesn't require too much hassle, just a few ingredients and the combinations are multiple.
- chicken breast, red kapia pepper, mushrooms, prague ham, onion, zucchini, soy sauce, spices for chicken and grill, herbs from Provence, beer, salt, pepper.
I prepared the sauce from soy sauce, spices for chicken and grill and herbs from Provence.
I cut into pieces the zucchini, pepper, ham and mushrooms. As the onion is smaller, I cut it into 4 and removed each layer of coating.
I kept the skewer sticks in the water for 2 minutes.
I started assembling the skewers according to my preferences. one wants with onions, another without. etc :), alternating vegetables and meat.
I put them on the grill, seasoned them with salt and pepper and turned them on all sides to penetrate evenly.
Towards the end of baking, I sprinkled them with beer. Watch out for the vapors that form when we put the beer!
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Mix the yolks with the sugar until they turn white.
Add the milk little by little and mix
Add flour in the rain mixed with dust
baking, and at the end the egg whites foam.
Stir gently from top to bottom until incorporated
egg whites in the composition.
Heat a pan, grease it with oil and put one
Polish quarter of the composition in the middle of the pan.
When it browns on the edge, it turns
on the other side.
They must be very good! And I see that they look very nice and lustful. I've never made American pancakes but it's their turn as soon as I have some time left!

List of recipes participating in the "Sweeten us" contest
As I told you some time ago, on Monday I had a gathering of girls - several friends came to visit and I treated them with papanasi. I don't know where I got the recipe from again, I tried several recipes over time (with semolina, with more flour, with more eggs.) And that was a winner. I hope you try it because everyone who tasted my papanas said that they are the best and that you can't find them at the restaurant either.
Good. let's move on to the ingredients and the manufacturing method:
250 g cottage cheese
25 g sugar
1 egg (separately the egg white)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda, quenched with lemon juice
90 g flour
a pinch of salt
lemon peel, possibly orange
frying oil - about half a liter, but it depends on the pan in which you fry (the oil must pass half of the papanas)
The above ingredients are for 2 servings of papanasi (4 papanasi and 4 balls). Depending on how many portions you want to make, double, triple. the quantities.
Cheese + salt + sugar + spices + yolks - mix very well (I mix them by hand).
Put the baking soda, drizzle the lemon juice over it and mix well again, so that the baking soda does not remain in one place.
Beat the egg whites and then incorporate them with a spoon, stirring from the bottom up.
Add flour and mix well by hand. Depending on how wet the cottage cheese is and the size of the eggs, the amount of flour can change up or down - it is important to know that it is not fixed.
We spread the flour on the work table, take balls with a spoon and then form them with our hands given with flour. Don't forget the hole and the balls above. Caution & # 33 If the papanas are too large, they may not ripen in the middle. They will grow fried anyway, so don't overdo it
I recommend starting frying only after all the papanas have formed, otherwise there is a risk of burning them. At the same time, if you want to decorate the plates, it is good to do this at the beginning, so that the papanas do not cool down until we serve them. This is how I prepare my plates, with cocoa and powdered sugar:
Here are the plates ready to receive papanas:
Put oil in the pan (about half a liter, ie to pass half the papanas). Heat and try with a small piece of dough (when it rises and you see that it is frying, add the papanasii). Pay extra attention to the fire & # 33 & # 33 It must be right, otherwise the papanas will burn on the outside and remain raw inside & # 33 Be careful and when you turn them over, they may "explode" one more ball (I sting them newer from time to time while frying, to prevent explosions)
I'll give you a bigger picture
The papanas are removed on absorbent paper or napkins to absorb excess oil.
Now I put the caramel recipe - if you make it it's good to make it before it cools and coagulates.
We need :
90 grams of sugar
100 ml of fresh milk
Caramelize the sugar, taking care not to burn it, in a deeper bowl. Remove from the heat and add the milk. Put back on low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool. That's all & # 33
Mount on the plate in order (Attention & # 33): papanas, jam, sour cream, ball, powdered sugar (possibly some caramel). Do not put sour cream before the jam because it melts, flows and affects the papanas - it softens and is not so crunchy.
Here we decorated the papanas and the girls could not wait to get stuck in them
Here we have caramel papanasi on top:
We have without, for those who think it's better like this:
How is it? Like you want a portion too? If so, we invite you to dinner:
- I recommend using a jam of blueberries, cherries or other sour fruits
- don't give up caramel - together with jam and sour cream it makes a delicious trio & # 33

Briose Finesse, by Monica, Miscellaneous section
Because only now I bought a tray of muffins, I chose several recipes from the net, I took something from each one and here's what came out:
80 ml oil
300 grams of banana shake (I blended 2 bananas with natural yogurt)
180 gr sugar
25 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
the juice from half a flour
a pinch of salt
For the filling:
hazelnuts, nuts, chocolate, frozen fruits
chocolate icing (I melted the pieces in a micro chocolate with a teaspoon of butter)
coconut, hazelnuts, walnuts.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar, add the yolks mixed with salt.
Pour the oil lightly, stirring constantly.
We also pour the banana shake. The baking soda is quenched in lemon juice and added to the composition, then flour in the rain until it acquires this thicker cream consistency.
Line the pan with butter and flour, pour the dough and put the fillings. For some chocolate muffins and hazelnuts, for some frozen fruits and hazelnuts, then bake for about 15 minutes. Check with the toothpick when they are ready.
Let them cool, then decorate them.
I put a few pieces of chocolate with a teaspoon of butter and rum essence in the microwave, then I put them in a bag and deodorized while it was still quite hot.
On some muffins I put coconut, on others hazelnuts or walnuts.
I assure you that they are very fluffy and flavorful from banana and chocolate with rum.

DOITILI gingerbread, Miscellaneous section
2 dogs flour
1 cup sugar
1 sachet of baking powder
1pc vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
juice from a lemon
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter (margarine or lard)
(I doubled everything because I wanted to do more)
Melt the butter in a saucepan
add honey, sugar and mix lightly with a wooden spoon
when they melt well, they are given a little to cool
when it doesn't burn on the finger, pour the composition over the flour
add the juice of a lemon, the beaten egg with a fork, then all the spices
spread the dough with the rolling pin, then cut the desired shapes (of course you could not miss the help - especially when it comes to stretching and cutting)
and bake in a pan greased and lined with flour (I have not lined it with flour and I had no problems)
I'm ready in ten minutes
I also made a caramel glaze on the envelope and with this glaze I glazed some of them and I left the others simple
ps. they are very strong when they cool down that you can barely bite them but in a few days they soften
the longer they are kept, the better they soften

Winter scented cake, by Cosmina N, CAKES section
I begin by saying that on December 12, my dear father celebrated his 46th birthday. My mom and I wish him all the best in the world, may God give him much health and a fulfilled life with us & # 33
And because this contest requires us to prepare our favorite sweets, I made with all my love a cake with everything my father likes. That's how the "Winter Fragrance Cake" turned out
For the WALNUT TABLE we need:
- 6 eggs (of which 2 yolks are kept for cream)
- 140 g ground walnuts
- 140 g of powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 packet of baking powder.
1. Whisk the egg whites hard. Then add the sugar.
2. Add the ground walnuts.
3. Then flour mixed with baking powder.
4. Finally, add 4 of the 6 yolks.
5. Place the dough in a tray with removable walls, and then put it in the preheated oven at 180 ËšC until it passes the sample with the toothpick.
For COFFEE CREAM we need:
- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 yolks (those left from the counter)
- 2 tablespoons of black coffee
- 1 vanilla
- 50 g fried and caramelized walnuts.
COFFEE CREAM procedure:
6. Beat the butter with the sugar until a frothy cream results
7. Add the 2 yolks
8. Then the 2 tablespoons of black coffee
9. Vanilla sugar
10. And finally the roasted walnut, caramelized and chopped in the robot. The resulting tasty cream is put in the fridge until the cake is assembled.
We move on to the preparation of the ORANGE JEWEL. I have the recipe from here, but I changed the procedure and the ingredients a bit. For a holiday scent in the house and an extraordinarily sweet-sour taste between the countertops we need:
- juice from 2 large oranges (or 3 more suitable)
- the juice of 1 lemon
- shells from 1 orange + 1 lemon (cut larger)
- 5 tablespoons of honey
- 5 g gelatin
- a few drops of orange essence.
ORANGE JELLY procedure:
11. Put in a pot, over low heat, the orange juice, honey, chopped orange and lemon peels and boil for a few minutes
12. After 2 minutes, remove the shells and add the essence
13. Then strain the syrup through a small sieve, until we get a clear liquid
14. After it has cooled down a bit, add the previously melted gelatin
15. Refrigerate the syrup until it begins to turn into jelly
Then prepare a CRISPY CHOCOLATE COAT by melting a dark chocolate bar together with a tablespoon of liquid cream. Then add the cereal.
Let's move on to CAKE ASSEMBLY:
16. Syrup the first top with a syrup of water + instant coffee + sugar
17. Put half of the coffee cream
18. Add the crispy top
19. Add the other half of the coffee cream
20. Next is the second coffee syrup counter
21. Place a few pieces of orange nicely
22. And cover them with a fragrant jelly
23. Put the lid on and put it in the fridge overnight.
When the cake is removed from the fridge, cover it with whipped cream flavored with a few drops of orange essence and decorate it with powdered milk penguins and an igloo made of biscuit salami and covered with powdered milk paste.

PUMPKIN CAKE "GRANDFATHER'S MUSTACHE"
Dough600g flour, 200ml warm water, a pinch of salt, about 10g of dry yeast, a tablespoon of vinegar, a tablespoon of oil.
Stuffing 3 slices of pumpkin for pie, 200g powdered sugar, 200g chopped walnut kernels, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
for vanilla powder ornatzahar
for the tray and harden pumpkin 100ml oil
PREPARATION From the warm water in which we dissolved the salt, yeast, oil and vinegar, we knead an elastic dough, suitable for hard, which we cover and let it rise in the heat, about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes and grate them. Grate the pumpkin in a little oil until soft, then let it cool and mix with the powdered sugar and a teaspoon of Cinnamon powder. From the raised dough, spread not very thin sheets, suitable for large, depending on the baking tray, on which a thin layer of filling is spread and then sprinkle on top and chopped walnut kernels (I also fry it before to grind it), then roll the sheet up to half of it, in one direction, then the other half in the opposite direction, so that the rolls meet in the middle of the sheet.
Then place them next to each other, in a pan greased with oil and put in the oven until lightly browned.
After they have browned, powder them with vanilla powdered sugar, leave to cool a little, before cutting them into suitable large pieces.

BISCUITS SALAM, DOITILI, Miscellaneous section
as I learned my carolers with biscuit salami, I couldn't disappoint them this year either, so I performed them (a fact that made the carolers very happy)
nuts, raisins, hazelnuts, shit
I broke the biscuits as small as possible
I chopped the shit and the nuts (a bit small - I should have left them bigger)
I added raisins, chocolate pieces and cocoa
I caramelized the sugar a little,
when the sugar changed color I added half the amount of butter
when the butter melted I added the milk and boiled a few
I set it aside and added the walnut mixture, shit. then the other half of butter
when it cooled a bit I added the rum, then the biscuits
I mixed for homogenization
on a foil (cellophane) I pressed crushed biscuits with coconut
then I put the biscuit composition
I gave it a shape as similar as possible to salami and I put it in the fridge for a few hours
I took it out, sliced it and placed it on a flat plate
