Biscuit cake

Biscuit cake

Grease the pan with oil (23 x 33) and cover the bottom with baking paper. Beat the egg whites, gradually adding sugar. Finally add the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Mix with a spoon so as not to leave it, put it in the oven (do the toothpick test).

Cream: put 300 ml of milk on the fire. Beat the yolks and sugar and then add 200 ml of milk and starch to the egg mixture. Mix well so as not to form lumps and add over the milk on the fire, stirring constantly. When it thickens, remove from the heat and leave to cool. When it is still warm, add the butter and vanilla. in a few tablespoons of cold water. When it is hydrated, put it on the steam bath until it is completely dissolved. Add it over the pudding and mix it well. (I got a soft cream because I forgot to put gelatin)

After the cream and top have cooled, assemble: Place the top in a clean tray, syrup, distribute the egg cream, then whipped cream and cover with biscuits soaked in milk / syrup, leaving space between them. to be able to cut. Leave to cool for at least 3 hours. Garnish with chocolate.


Preparation for cake without baking with biscuits and cream

For the beginning we prepare the creams, I write the recipe for the vanilla one, the chocolate one is made exactly the same.

Heat 300ml of milk, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, mix and let it boil.

Dissolve the pudding in 100ml of milk and then pour over the hot milk, stirring constantly over low heat until it thickens (it is a classic pudding recipe, only instead of 500ml of milk used in a pudding, we use 400ml, it will be a little more concentrated).

Take the hot pudding off the heat and add 125g butter cut into pieces. Stir until smooth and leave to cool.

We do the same with chocolate pudding.

When they have cooled for an extra flavor in the vanilla cream, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence, and in the chocolate one add 1/2 teaspoon of rum essence.

We prepare a small coffee to which we add 100ml of water. If you make baby cake you can use cocoa, or just milk.

And we start assembling the cake :)

Quickly pass each biscuit through the coffee and place them next to each other on a tray forming a square with the sides of 5 biscuits.

Melt the milk chocolate together with the oil in the microwave or on a steam bath.

We put a spoonful of vanilla cream over the biscuits, next to it a spoonful of chocolate cream, then again of vanilla and so on, we reverse the next row, so that the cake will look like a chessboard.

Over the cream we put with a spoon melted chocolate about 1/2 of the quantity then whipped cream, crushed Oreo biscuits and at the end the rest of the melted chocolate.

Let the cake cool for an hour then serve.

Biscuit Cake - Recipes

We complain about the suffocating heat outside and the fact that we can no longer prepare elaborate cakes that require a long time near the stove, so today I propose a quick dessert. In order not to prepare a countertop for my dessert, I used biscuits and I also like to use biscuits because the portions are equal and well defined. The cream took me about 5-7 minutes near the stove so I quickly escaped, but the cream is wonderful with milk, semolina and butter, then with a spoon and some cocoa and vanilla essence, the result is delicious. He almost didn't have anything to get between the biscuits he tasted so much :))
It is delicious and creamy, I kept the cake in the fridge and it is welcome in this heat.

250 gr biscuits
1 liter of milk
200 gr gray
200 gr sugar
200 gr butter
1.5 tablespoons cocoa
vanilla essence

  • in a saucepan I put the milk, sugar and semolina to simmer
  • stir continuously with a whisk until the cream thickens, then add the diced butter
  • divide the cream obtained into two equal parts
  • in one of the halves I put the vanilla essence
  • in the other I put the cocoa powder and mixed well to incorporate
  • in the tray with the dimensions of 21 x 26 cm I put plastic foil after which I placed a layer of biscuits, I placed the cocoa cream and I leveled it, another layer of biscuits, vanilla cream and on top the last layer of biscuits
  • I let the cake reach room temperature, then I left it in the fridge for a few hours so that the biscuits would hydrate and the cream would harden.

Simple cake with biscuits and chocolate

The simplest cake with cookies and chocolate. And a child can make this recipe!

1. Prepare the vanilla pudding with milk. While it is still hot, mix the whipped cream in it.

2. Place a layer of biscuits on the bottom of a tray, then add half of the amount of pudding over them. Put another layer of biscuits, then one of pudding and at the end the third layer of biscuits.

3. Prepare the icing: boil the milk with cocoa and sugar for 1 minute, stirring constantly. After boiling for a minute, remove from the heat and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Add the butter and vanilla and mix until the butter is completely melted.

4. Pour the obtained cream over the last layer of biscuits. The biscuit and chocolate cake is left to cool for a few hours, preferably overnight.


Yogurt and biscuit cake

We need:
& # 8211 a pack of square biscuits
& # 8211 2 jars of yogurt (470g each)
& # 8211 10 tablespoons sugar
& # 8211 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
& # 8211 2 sachets of gelatin
& # 8211 a cup of cocoa with milk and rum
& # 8211 a few drops of rum essence
& # 8211 a sachet of nes

We proceed as follows:
In a jar of yogurt, put a sachet of vanilla sugar, 5 sugar ligaments and a sachet of pre-melted gelatin. For the other jar of yogurt, we do the same: another sachet of vanilla sugar, 5 sips of sugar, the sachet of gelatin + the sachet of nes and a little rum essence.

Soak the biscuits in cocoa and place a layer on the bottom of the tray. Pour the vanilla yogurt on top, add another layer of cocoa-soaked biscuits and pour the nes yogurt. Powder with cocoa and refrigerate for a few hours.

This is what it looks like at the end, a very light cake, not too sweet and very cool.
