Pizza with ham and mushrooms

Topping:

Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the topping. Cut the ham into small pieces, slice the mushrooms, cut the onion into juliennes, and cut the donuts into cubes.

Take half of the dough and spread it in a round shape (or depending on the tray in which the pizza will be baked). Put the top in the tray, then grease it with pizza sauce, place pieces of ham, mushrooms, olives, onions, bell peppers, and sprinkle mozzarella on top with a grater with large holes. Optionally, you can put hot pepper slices.

Place the tray in the preheated oven, at 200 degrees, for approx. 15-20 minutes, or until nicely browned on top.

Serve with homemade ketchup.

Luckily there is the dukan pizza version! Equally fresh, steaming, with ham, peppers, tomato sauce, mushrooms. Delicious!

As you saw in the other dukan pizza recipe, it's nothing complicated!

Cruise Phase, Consolidation, Definitive Stabilization

Ingredients for one serving:

- 2 tablespoons of oat bran

- 2 tablespoons of wheat bran

- 1 teaspoon of yeast in an envelope

- 4-5 tablespoons of tomato paste

- chicken ham / turkey ham

- light cheese or melted cheese (optional for consolidation and stabilization)

Beat eggs and add bran, yeast and salt. The formed dough, with soft consistency, is poured into the tray on baking paper and is molded in a thin layer in a round shape (about 18-20 cm in diameter).

Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and keep it for about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste with salt, oregano and thyme. With this sauce we grease the pizza top, then we add pieces of chicken ham, mushrooms, sliced ​​peppers. On top we can add cheese or cheese depending on the phase you are in.

Grease a little more with tomato sauce in places and put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Method of preparation

Using a fork, prick the surface of the countertop (except the edges) so that it does not swell very much when baked.

And then we use the brush again to grease the entire surface of the countertop with pizza sauce.

Cut the slices of pressed ham and fillet into thin slices, cut the peppers into slices, slice the mushrooms. Divide them into four and place them on the entire surface of the top.
