Chicken soup with noodles

We clean and cut the vegetables (onions, potatoes, carrots and pods) and boil them together with the chicken for 20 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the soup.

Soup ingredients: chicken cutlery (back, wings, neck), 3-4 teaspoons Vegeta Chicken Taste, a celery root, 2 carrots, an onion, a bunch of parsley, noodles, salt and pepper.

Soup preparation: Boil the meat and then add the other ingredients, finely chopped. 10 minutes before the soup is ready, add the parsley, vegeta, salt and a little pepper. The noodles are added at the end, before the last boil.

How to prepare noodles: Put a cup of flour in a bowl, make a hole and add a whole egg and a teaspoon of salt. Mix the ingredients, then knead the crust well and divide it into two pieces. Line the work table with flour and spread each piece into a thin sheet. Let them simmer for at least 20 minutes, then twist the sheets with a rolling pin, roll and cut the noodles thinly. 1. Wash the chicken breast very well and put it in the pan. Pour 3 liters of cold water over it, then place the pot on the fire.

2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt.

12. Take the prepared soup off the heat. The best and most concentrated soup will be the one that you will boil beforehand and let it cool, without removing the meat from it. But if you don't have enough time, simply cover the pan with a lid and set it aside for 20 minutes.

13.Then remove the meat from the soup and separate it from the bones and skin. Then cut it into pieces and add it back to the soup.

14. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

15. Roll each piece of dough through the flour and spread it with the rolling pin until you get a thin cake.

16. Heat a dry pan (without oil). Place each cake on it and dry it for 30 seconds on each side.

17. Overlap the dry dumplings.

18.Cut them into 3-4 strips of equal width.

19.Cut each bunch of strips in the transverse direction, using a sharp knife so as to obtain the maximum thin cut.

20.Put the soup on the fire and bring it to the boil. Add the hardened carrot to it.
