Mix flour with sugar, salt; make a hole, add the beaten egg, diced butter, sour cream and ammonium powder dissolved in lemon juice, lemon peel and grated orange.
We start to knead until it becomes a homogeneous dough that no longer sticks to the hands.
Wrap in cling film and let cool for 30 minutes.
For the filling, mix the eggs with the cheese, the sugar until smooth, add the coconut, the essence and mix well.
Spread the dough on the floured table in the shape of a rectangle, grease with cream cheese, add blueberries and wrap.
We cut triangles and place them in a tray lined with baking paper.
Grease them with the yolk mixed with the oil and put them in the preheated oven until they brown nicely.
I powdered them with powdered sugar when they were hot.
