Here is a perfect dish for gourmets, but who do not have much time to spend in the kitchen.
- 1/2 skinless chicken breast and bone, cut into cubes
- 200 grams of spaghetti
- 150 grams of fresh creams
- 1 egg yolk
- salt pepper
- olive oil
- cheese (Parmesan or Cheddar)
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Spaghetti with chicken in creamy sauce:
Chicken covered with salt and pepper brown well on all sides over medium heat, 5-6 minutes, until golden.
Remove to a plate and leave to cool.
Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package in water with 3/4 tablespoon of salt and drain. Allow to cool slightly.
The egg yolk is mixed with fresh creams using a whisk. Add the chicken pieces and the sauce over the pasta and mix well until the spaghetti is covered with the sauce along its entire length.
Place on plates and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
