Dough INGREDIENTS

-0.5 teaspoon baking powder

-1 tablespoon grated lemon (or orange) peel

INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING

-1 packet of gelatin (15 g)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Prepare the dough: rub the soft butter (at room temperature) with the sugar. Add baking powder, eggs, vanilla, grated lemon peel and cream. Mix with the mixer until you get a homogeneous mass.

2. Gradually add the sifted flour and mix. Get a soft and homogeneous dough.

3. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Put a portion of the dough in the freezer.

4. Arrange the second portion of dough in a baking dish. Spread the dough in a thin layer and form the border. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.

5. Prepare the filling: scald the lemons with boiling water and pass them through the meat grinder (remove the seeds).

6. Wash the apples and remove the stalk with seeds. Cut them into large cubes.

7. Mix the chopped lemons with the gelatin and sugar.

8. Remove the top from the oven and sprinkle with starch. Pour the apples into shape, then the chopped lemons.

9. Remove the dough from the freezer and grate it directly into the baking tin, evenly covering the filling.

10. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 ° C for 45-50 minutes. Bake until the cake is browned. Baking time depends on each oven. Allow the cake to cool. Cut it only after it has cooled completely.


Mix the yolks with the sugar and sour cherries until white.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
We mix the flour with baking powder, cocoa and a cinnamon powder.
Add the flour over the yolk composition, stirring lightly, then add the beaten egg whites, mixing with a spatula.
Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper.
