I separated the egg whites from the yolks and beat them hard with a pinch of salt. I made a whipped cream from the whipped cream, then carefully mixed it with ricotta cheese. I put the cream thus obtained in a pos and filled the muffins.

I decorated them with small pieces from the core and a green Dr. Oetker glaze.
