For the simple fact that most of the time at Christmas, most of them are gone or planning their trips. So Easter remained that family moment. That moment when we all gather at the table, we talk and eat dishes for which we first prepare ourselves a few days before and which take us almost a whole day to cook. Easter for me is the only time of year when the whole family is together. I'm always gone and I always have work to do and from this point of view I kind of neglected my loved ones. Below I share a fasting pizza recipe. I know many of you, I encourage you and I promise not to post anything sweet until the end of Lent.
For Dough (3 pcs)
575 g flour + 50 g extra flour for kneading
5 g of fresh yeast
310 ml of warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
100 gr smoked tofu
100 gr cheese & # 8220Tofu & # 8221
8-10 pieces of dried tomatoes
50 g black olives
50 g green olives
9 tablespoons pesto with tomatoes and basil
black pepper - to taste
9-10 fresh oregano leaves
3 pieces mushrooms

RECIPE PREPARATION Fasting pizza:

Method of preparation
I make this dough every time I make pizza. We found it to be very fluffy and we really like it.
The dough can be kneaded or made in a bread machine, as I did, on the kneading and leavening program.
I put the ingredients in the car in the following order:
- the water
- the salt
-flour + baking powder
- the sugar
I programmed the car to the Dough program and waited.
In the meantime I cut the ham into slices and grated the cheese
When the dough was ready, I spread it on a floured surface and greased it with ketchup. I then sprinkled ham, mushrooms and cheese, then I added a little more ketchup and I rolled the dough tightly.
