Pies with cheese, sour cream and sun-dried tomatoes

They go perfectly and without dried tomatoes, you can replace them with whatever you want: olives, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes ... etc ... to your liking!
The magic dough of course works wonders ... and the filling is delicious, you will eat them hot with the lust of the smell, a great but great goodness!

  • 1 piece of magic dough (I'll tell you see the recipe on my page)
  • 320 gr cream cheese (President I put the blue box)
  • 80 gr sour cream
  • 1 or
  • a sprig of parsley
  • dry dill 1/2 teaspoon
  • sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil (a few)
  • 2 yolks for greasing

Servings: 12

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pies with cheese, sour cream and dried tomatoes:

Filling: mix the cheese with sour cream, egg and greens.

I used only one piece of dough that I stretched once and with a round shape I cut 6 pieces, then once again I stretched the sheet and I got six more pieces.

On each piece that I placed in the tray lined with parchment, I put a teaspoon of filling, then a piece of tomato on top and greased the edges with yolk.

I baked the pies at 225 degrees C for 15 minutes.
