Red and yellow pepper, clean it of seeds, cut it into cubes. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut the green onion slices, finely chop the parsley. In a pot we put about 4 liters of water, we put it on the fire with the vegetables prepared above. Peel the potatoes, cut them into suitable cubes, chop the tomatoes. After cooking the vegetables for about 10 minutes, add the potatoes and tomatoes. We taste salt, pepper.
