Sauce pasta

Cook the minced meat in cubes in a little oil. Drain the water and let it simmer. Add the finely chopped onion and after 2-3 minutes add the finely chopped pepper. Leave it to boil and when the onion and pepper are done add a canned chopped tomatoes in broth, or add fresh tomatoes. Boil until the tomatoes soften. Finally add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. In the water put the spaghetti. add a little oil so that it doesn't stick and a little salt. After boiling, mix it with the sauce made.

Start by preparing the gorgonzola sauce in which the pasta will be bathed after being cooked. A delicious sauce with a dense, pungent and very creamy taste, and the pasta will be pampered in them and hydrated. Here's how to make gorgonzola sauce.

Heat the cream, and leave it only until it easily reaches the boiling point. Add finely chopped basil leaves, gorgonzola and butter and mix until they melt and homogenize the sauce. Turn off the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese.

Only then the pasta is boiled in boiling salted water, but it is intended to remain al dente (9 minutes). Drain and add to the cheese sauce. If necessary, add more to the sauce and water in which they cooked the pasta. Serve the delicious spaghetti with gorgonzola sauce with arugula leaves sprinkled over them.


Sauce pasta

-250 g spaghetti (or any kind of pasta), 4 large onions, 2-3 red peppers (1 teaspoon paprika in the absence of peppers), thyme.

-Tomato juice 400 ml or 5-6 large tomatoes, 2 tablespoons vegeta, 2 tablespoons flour, 1-2 tablespoons oil, 100 g grated cheese.

Boil the pasta and put it in boiling water, in which we put 2 drops of oil so that it does not stick together.
While they are boiling, prepare the sauce as follows: chop the onions and eventually the peppers and fry in a tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of water in the pan. When they are ready, pass them well with the mixer (with the claw for mashing) and put this paste in a saucepan of about 1.5 liters with a tail, in which we add the tomato juice (in summer, we use instead of juice dc the wheels 5 large tomatoes, which we add to the pan, when hardened, cut into slices, in the last two minutes and then we pass them with the peels together with the onion and the pepper) and then the vegeta. Put the pan on the fire and, when it starts to boil, let it simmer, stirring constantly. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with 3-4 tablespoons of water, adding the water gradually so as not to make lumps. Pour this mixture over the composition on the fire. Bring to a boil and then add the thyme (very little) and turn off the heat.
Meanwhile, the spaghetti boiled (we follow Ic and, if they boiled faster, turn off the heat) and drain the juice, putting them in a strainer.
At the table, we put the spaghetti on the plate, and the sauce in the special sauce bowl and in a saucer, the grated cheese (it can also be telemea). Each is served with spaghetti, over which sauce is put, sprinkled with grated cheese.

This delicacy is one of my favorites. If in the past the pioneers of live food used the grater or diced vegetables, now we have modernized and can use machines that help us turn vegetables into strips like spaghetti.

Pumpkin spaghetti with tomato sauce

Spaghetti sauce:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cloves chopped green onions
  • 1 lg oil
  • 1 lg salt
  • 1 lg honey
  • a knife tip of the following: dill, thyme, parsley
  • 1 chopped bay leaf

Toppings: (choose what you like)

  • olive
  • sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
  • pea beans
  • soy sauce
  • avocado cubes
  • hemp seeds
  • seed bread cubes
  • and so on

Instructions:

Cucumbers or zucchini (taste similar to cucumbers), grated and drained in a colander. Prepare the sauce in a blender or robot and pour over the spaghetti. If you want you can use other herbs and ingredients. Everything according to taste and preference. The sauce can be kept in the fridge for a day, but not more than that. 300 g spaghetti

300 g fresh peeled or canned tomatoes

1 medium onion (80 g)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 half chopped carrot
250 g diced tomatoes
1/2 tablespoon oregano
200 g of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 cup basil leaves (dried)
salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation time : 30 minutes

Step 1: The pasta will be cooked.
Step 2: You will chop the carrot and onion.
Step 3: Zucchini will be cut into thin slices.
Step 4: Put the oil, onion and carrot in a pan. Let them brown and add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Mix well, possibly adding salt and pepper.
Step 5: Add zucchini and basil leaves over these ingredients. Don't forget the parsley either. Stir further until you get a thick sauce.
Step 6: Pour the sauce over the pasta.

300 g chicken breast
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
200 g diced tomatoes (canned)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation time : 30 minutes

Step 1: You will boil the pasta.
Step 2: Chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3: The chicken breast will be diced.
Step 4: Onions and garlic will be hardened in oil.
Step 5: Over them you will put tomato paste, diced tomatoes, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper. Make sure this sauce stays on the fire for about 8 minutes.
Step 6: Brown the chicken. Add the sauce over it.
Step 7: The red sauce and meat will be put over the pasta.
Step 8: Place Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta with sauce.


Spaghetti is boiled al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Wipe the mushrooms with an absorbent kitchen towel. She's slicing.
Peel the onion and garlic and fry in a tablespoon of butter.

Add the mushrooms. When they have softened, add sour cream for cooking.

Add salt and pepper and let it cool slightly.
