We wash the meat and dry it with a napkin.

We mix the cream cheese with the dried thyme and the sliced ​​olives.

We cut a length pocket for each piece of meat. Then season the meat with salt and pepper and fill your pocket with a tablespoon of cream cheese.

Then wrap the meat in bacon. I used 2 slices for each piece of breast.

Spread the thawed dough on the work table and cut it into fairly large squares (so that a piece of meat can be wrapped).

Wrap each chicken breast in dough and glue the edges well.

We put the packages in the tray lined with baking paper (I put in the tray greased with oil)

Grease the top with beaten egg.

Bake in a hot oven, over medium heat, until nicely browned.

We ate with a garnish of potatoes with mustard and Coleslaw salad.
