Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Grease a baking tray with grease.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the powdered milk, baking powder and baking soda. In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar and then incorporate the egg. Add sour cream and apricot jam and mix well. Incorporate the dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough.
For the filling, mix the apples with sour cream and bourbon sugar. Spread the dough on a surface powdered with flour to a thickness of approx. 1 cm. Cut the base of the pie from the dough (to be larger than the size of the tray) and place it in the tray, lifting the excess dough on the edges of the tray. Put the filling then cover the pie with the remaining dough. when the dough is done and browned.
