It is an indispensable spice in Tunisian cuisine. Below are the basic ingredients but others can be added depending on your preference.
- coriander berries
- cumin seeds
- garlic powder

Fry the coriander and cumin in a pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, and after they have been fried, mash them and mix them with the garlic powder and a little paprika and you get a good deal :)
