For starters, we will pour the beaten milk over the wings. Grate the two cloves of garlic and season with salt and pepper. They are 100% natural, and among the ingredients we can find turmeric, fennel and ginger, very fragrant spices that fit perfectly with chicken wings. Mix everything very well and leave the wings to marinate for at least half an hour, or preferably overnight. We can do this step the night before a party, and on the day of the party we just have to make the crust and bake them in the oven.

As long as the wings are marinated, we take care of the crust. We will grind the popcorn first and put it in a bowl. Continue in the same way, until we chop all the popcorn. After we have crushed the popcorn, we put them in a larger container, we add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and a little Delikat 100% Natural Paprika. Mix everything very well and the crust is ready.

After the wings have been marinated, take one, shake off the excess whipped milk and place it in the crust mixture. We cover it very well with chopped popcorn and we start to place each wing in the tray that we covered with baking paper. We do the same with the rest of the wings. We can also fry the wings if we want, but I recommend baking in the oven, for a healthier option.

After filling the tray with fins, spray a little oil on them and bake them in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn them over to cook evenly.

When the wings are perfectly cooked, let them cool a little, and then we can serve them.
