Chocolate tart

We grind the biscuits, chop them in the food processor or with the meat machine. Put them in a bowl and add over them the cold butter and the 2 tablespoons of milk or whipped cream. Mix well until we have a laurel that we can use as a crust. We pour it in the desired shape (I used a rectangular tart shape of 30x10. We press with a spoon or by hand. We put the crust in the fridge.

We soak the gelatin in 50 ml of cold water.

Heat the whipped cream over low heat, it should not boil. Add chopped chocolate and gelatin to the whipped cream and mix. Be very careful not to boil the composition because the chocolate will spoil, and the gelatin will lose its quality of sticking.

Add a pinch of salt, it will intensify the taste of chocolate.

Let it cool and pour it over the crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then add the grapes or other fruits and refrigerate again until well hardened.

Serve and serve with whipped cream or as such.
