The moussaka potatoes are washed, cleaned, and cut into pieces and boiled with a little salt.
Meanwhile, prepare the minced meat: put the chopped onion in a pan with very little oil, heat it until it becomes glassy, add the sliced red pepper.
After 5 min. add the minced meat and mix until it changes color, season, add the paprika and 1 tablespoon of broth. Leave on the fire for about 20 minutes. Add the crushed garlic. Mix well.
After the potatoes have boiled, drain the water in a bowl and pass the potatoes, gradually adding the water in which they boiled until they reach the desired consistency.
We put the hardened minced meat in a heat-resistant tray, over the meat we add the mashed potatoes.
In a cup put 1 tablespoon of broth and add approx. 4 tablespoons of water in which they boiled the potatoes, mix and add the sauce over the moussaka.
Put the moussaka in the hot oven for approx. 30 min.
