I cut the pork into small cubes and put it to harden.

I did the same with onions.

When they hardened well, I added a glass of water (150 ml) and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then I put the olives, the tomato sauce, the spices, the bay leaves.

I added another glass of water (also 150 ml) and left it on the fire for 20-25 minutes. At the end I put the finely chopped parsley.

Pork tongue food with olives

It doesn't have to be pork tongue, it can be beef, so much the better.

Ingredient:

  • 2 pieces of pork tongue
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 medium celery
  • optional, 1/2 parsnip & # 8211 I prefer it because it gives sweetness to the sauce
  • also optional 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • chopped tomatoes 400 & # 8211 450 g or tomato juice
  • 100 g olives
  • vegetable oil
  • salt pepper
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

Boil the pork tongue. I use the pressure cooker for it and boil it for about an hour / an hour and a half.

When the tongue is cooked, clean the skins and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices.

For the sauce, finely chop the onion, carrot and celery and fry in oil until soft. We also add a pinch of salt.

Chop the garlic and hot pepper and add them.

Keep it on the fire for a few more minutes, then put the chopped tomatoes or tomato sauce and let it boil over low heat. Season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil and the bay leaf. We also add from the juice in which he boiled the tongue, I put about a cup in this phase and another one towards the end.

When the sauce is ready, remove the bay leaves, pass the vegetables and pass everything through a sieve to obtain a sauce as fine as possible.

We put it on the fire again, only for 5 minutes, because now we add the sliced tongue and the olives.

If you think the sauce is too thick, add more juice from the boiled tongue. It's really very tasty.

Meat Recipes

Chicken, beef, pork, lamb or fish - any meal is better when it contains meat. Whether we are talking about steak, grills, minced meat, stews, traditional or exotic recipes, meat is the main source of protein in our diet. Moreover, meat is also the most versatile ingredient in the kitchen. Just think of a piece of beef or chicken breast and how many ways they can be cooked. Steamed, with or without sauce, on the grill or in the oven, meat is indispensable in the daily menu of those who have a balanced diet.

Olive food with pork - Recipes

The olive dish is also in the category of my childhood memories. My mother used to eat olives quite often when I was little, but she hasn't done it in years. And I, from time to time, still remembered how good my mother's olive dish was, but it never occurred to me to cook it.

But recently, in a discussion with my boyfriend, about what foods I haven't cooked until now and I had a craving, I launched the idea of olive food. He didn't know what it was about, because he hadn't eaten before. And so we started at the supermarket to take ingredients and prepare "goodness".

  • 300-400 g pork, 400 g olives, 1 onion, 300 g tomato sauce (broth), parsley, spices for pork, pepper, salt, oregano, bay leaves, lemon.

Eating potatoes with pork

I received a lot of tests the other day products from Sano Vita as well as a Heinner brand multicooker. I used some of the Sano Vita products in my recipes, I knew about them and I was delighted because I could replenish my stock but also because I could find out what new products they have.

I knew about Heinner products that they are good and I even use a mixer from them. You've already seen it in the cake top video recipe, if you are subscribe to the Youtube channel. And about the multicooker as an electrocanic device, I heard that it would be better than a slowcooker.

My curiosity was, so very high and I could not wait to put it to work to see what I can do with it and how it works. So I made a recipe that, I say, can be included in the comfort food category, ie that kind of food that we cook and eat with pleasure without being sophisticated. It's about a potato dish with pork.

You can make many tasty and healthy recipes using a multicooker and products from Health Life but I chose to use the vegetable mixture from them because it is versatile and can be used in many recipes.

Dried and chopped vegetables and spices give flavor to dishes, it is made from ingredients such as onions, carrots, root and leaves of parsley, tomatoes, celery. And most importantly, the mixture is WITHOUT the addition of salt, WITHOUT preservative and WITHOUT glutamate. In addition, none of the ingredients come from genetically modified crops.

This one potato dish with pork it can also be made on the stove if you do not have a multicooker. But it would be ideal to have it because it would make your work a lot easier. There's basically not much to do. Fry the meat a little, also in a multicooker, then add the rest of the ingredients, set the appliance and let it do its job for another 20 minutes. Time to do something else. For example, reading a book or watching a movie. Why not?

For this potato dish with pork I was inspired by the Transylvanian paprika recipe, cooking it in its style, that is, with pepper paste and paprika. But I didn't call it pork belly because, I say, it looks more like the potato dish we usually make at home, that is, with a slightly thicker sauce.

Chickpea dish with tomatoes and pork

What do you cook when you don't know what to cook? You open the freezer, open the doors to the pantry, and somehow combine what you find good there. In my case it was pork, a can of chickpeas from Sun Food and diced tomatoes with garlic this summer. From all this put together in a pan, it turned out a chickpea food with tomatoes and pork delicious after which I almost licked the plates. If you put a pickle salad next to it, so much the better!

Saute the meat and onion with 2 tablespoons of oil, as shown in previous recipes, until well softened.

Celery is cut into 1 cm thick slices, they overlap and cut into sticks 2 cm wide. Cook the celery separately, with 2-3 tablespoons of oil, covered, over low heat, or in the oven, still covered, adding a teaspoon of water, until soft, without porridge.

After cooking, mix the celery and meat. Dilute the flour with the tomato juice and empty it into the pan, filling the sauce with water (to include the meat and celery) and letting it boil for a few minutes, to bind.

The food can be served plain, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley, or straighten a tablespoon of sour cream beat with a tablespoon of cold water and then mix with the food, as soon as the pan is removed from the heat salt to taste.

Food with Olives and Meat

Fry the meat in oil with salt and pepper until golden brown. Add water a little, until the meat is done. Everything takes about 30 minutes.

When the meat is ready, take it out on a plate and in the pan in which I fried the meat, put the finely chopped onion and the grated carrot and fry for 2 minutes, cover with water and let it boil for 1-2 minutes.

Add the meat, olives, bay leaves and add more water to cover two fingers. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.

To prepare the sauce, add 2 tablespoons of broth to the food. Then put a teaspoon of flour in a cup of warm water and mix well. we put it through strainers over the food, in order to avoid undissolved flour.

When it is almost ready, add the lemon slices. Let it boil for about 5 minutes, then turn on the heat. Now you can add greens if you like.

Optional: serve with tomato salad, cucumber, pieces of cheese, olives, sprinkled with a little oil, freshly ground coriander and salt.
