Gnocchi from semolina with sour cream sauce

Put the milk to boil together with the butter. Add salt, and then semolina in the rain, stirring with a whisk. Add diced prosciutto, Parmesan cheese and leave on the fire until it comes off the pot. Wallpaper the stove tray with baking paper, over which the composition is placed. With a spoon soaked in olive oil, spread the composition as in the picture and then with the help of a glass or whatever you want, make the desired shapes. Place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees until lightly browned. Serve hot with sour cream or pesto sauce.

For the sauce I cut the onion, hardened it in a little olive oil, added sour cream, a little milk, salt and pepper.
