First prepare the filling: put the cheese in a bowl, finely chop the onion and dill and mix all the ingredients. Add salt to the composition.

Wallpaper the pie tray with baking paper.

Put the first sheet in the tray and sprinkle the cheese filling with onion and dill, then wrap the sheet like a fan. Do the same with all the sheets until the tray is full. See the pictures.

Separately, beat the eggs in another bowl, add salt, mineral water, milk and oil, then pour the sauce over the sheets, with a polish, so that the sheets are covered with the sauce.

Place the tray with the pie in the oven heated to 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until the pie with cheese, onion and dill is nicely browned.

Let the pie cool, only then portion it.
