Eggless Tofu Salad

A vegan alternative to a comforting lunch classic

This eggless tofu salad makes it easier to cut meat out of your diet. You’ll be convinced you’re eating the real thing.

Ingredients

For the Eggless Tofu Salad

  • 1 Package extra firm tofu, such as House Foods Extra Firm Tofu
  • 2 Whole celery stalks, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons relish (dill)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 Tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 Pinch of turmeric
  • Dash of salt and black pepper
  • 1 Pinch of dill (optional for garnish)

    • 1 package extra firm tofu
    • 2 celery stock, finely minced
    • 1 shallot and a small bunch of fresh flat leaf parsley, coarsely minced
    • 2 tbsp pickles and pickled jalapenos finely diced
    • 2 tsp dry dill
    • 2-3 tbsp Veganese
    • 1/2 tsp sea salt
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard and horseradish
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper and turmeric
    1. Drain tofu and pat dry with paper towel. Combine seasoning in veganese. Crumble tofu and combine with seasoned veganse. Chill and serve.

      1. Drain tofu and pat dry with paper towel. Combine seasoning in veganese. Crumble tofu and combine with seasoned veganse. Chill and serve.
