Apple pie

In a round bowl melt 50g butter, add brown sugar sprinkled on the entire surface then place the cleaned apples and cut into slices

In a bowl beat the egg well with the caster sugar, add the soft butter (100g), mix vigorously until a fluffy cream results, add the cream then the flour mixed with baking soda, salt, spices and chopped walnuts, mix well then turn over the apples, level the surface and leave in the oven on low heat for 50 minutes.

After it is baked, we turn it over and garnish with whipped cream.
