Multumesc frumos, ca ai incercat reteta. Si la mine s-a intimplat cu brinza topita, adica s-a mai scurs in tigaie. Daca vrei ca sa intre in cartofi, tura viitoare infasori cu o felie de kaizer cartofonul cu cascaval si mai infasori o data, ca pe un pachetel, asa ramine inauntru tot cascavalul topit.
Daca mamei tale i-a placut si te-a laudat, atunci astept invitatia la nunta.

Ma gandeam ca data viitoare sa aleg niste cartofi putin mai maricei si sa-i scobesc putin deasupra, unde sa pun cascaval :D. sa se topeasca in cartof.
Nu-i rea ideea, numai sa nu exagerezi cu brinzica, doar micuta sa fie gaurica la cartof, iar daca nu fierbi prea tare cartofii, sigur intra in ei, sau poti pune in loc de cascaval, o mingiuta micuta din unt, asa sigur nu se pierde prin tava.
AROME.Îmi spunea o cunoștință că nu face pandișpan sau chec, pentru că nu-i iese niciodată. Pentru ea, și poate mai sunt și alți novici, dau acum o rețetă de pandișpan, căci de chec am postat mai multe, pînă acum.
1 - batem spumă albușurile de la 6 ouă
albușurile se bat mai bine dacă sunt reci și în vas de sticlă sau porțelan, perfect uscat albușurile se presară cu puțină sare le batem ca zăpada.
2 - adăugăm 6- 10 linguri cu zahăr tos, una câte una le încorporăm treptat, batem bine după fiecare lingură cu zahăr adăugată.
- pentru a se menține spuma mai bine, se recomandă să adăugăm esență de rom și zeamă de lămâie.
3 - la fel incorporăm gălbenușurile, unul câte unul
4 - punem și 3 linguri cu ulei, treptat
5 - la fel facem cu făina cernută - circa 7-8 linguri
- mare atenție - acesta este momentul când, uneori, spuma se lasă pentru a evita acest lucru, procedăm astfel: presărăm pe toata suprafața compoziției numai o lingură de făină / chiar și numai jumătate - și o incorporăm foarte ușor, cu o lingură (paletă) de lemn, cu mișcări circulare efectuate pe orizontală, de jos în sus nu învârtim în lateral și nici nu punem făină mai multă deodată și, de asemenea, trebuie să evităm să o turnăm în același loc altfel, se va lăsa.
6 - dacă dorim să facem chec cu cacao, vom turna o parte din compoziția de pandișpan în alt vas, vom adăuga 2-3 linguri de cacao și o lingură sau două de lichid (lapte, cafea, apă).
ه - dacă vom adăuga nuci, rahat, stafide, fructe proaspete sau confiate, le vom trece mai întâi prin făină.
8 - Pandișpanul se toarnă în forma tapetată cu hîrtie de copt sau cu ulei și făină, după cum vrea fiecare. Vom pune întâi o parte din compoziția albă, apoi din cea cu cacao, eventual rahat, stafide etc. și apoi din nou compoziția albă.
9 - - urmează coptul, care necesită multă atenție:
- se dă la copt în cuptorul bine încălzit, dar la foc mediu, să poată crește în voie nu deschidem cuptorul în primele 10 minute după un sfert de oră, dăm focul mai mic, căci e posibil să fie necopt la mijloc știm când este gata, dacă facem, ca bunica, testul cu scobitoarea / eu il incerc cu un băț de frigărui înfipt chiar la mijlocul checului dacă iese uscat, e în ordine.
10 - după ce s-a copt, scoatem tava pe aragaz și îl lăsăm să se răcească la cald, adică evităm diferențele mari de temperatură dacă punem tava cu pandișpan pe o gresie rece, se va lăsa.
Aici eu am făcut 2 checuri simple și mici, numai bune la ceai sau cafea, că mă cam grăbeam, și s-au copt mai repede în 2 tăvi.
- cu pandișpan din 6 ouă, iese un chec obișnuit, să zicem într-o tavă mai mărișoară, sau un blat de tort de mărime medie.
Salată de scrumbie marinată (rețetă rusească)
Poate cea mai simplă rețetă care o scriu pe blog!
Mai simplă chiar și decât rețeta de omletă!
O scriu doar pentru că, nu este în portofoliul produselor românești, ci face parte din rețetarul produselor rusești.
Iar noi, facem astfel de preparate mai ales de sărbători! Pentru că sunt deosebite!
2 scrumbi marinate (atenție. NU afumate!) *)
5-6 green onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
Tăiați ceapa verde mărunt.
Scrumbia marinată, se eviscerează și i se taie capul.
Filetați scrumbia, iar fiecare fileu se supune unui proces de depielițare. O puteți face cu o mișcare ușoară dar fermă și luați pielea scrumbiei cu măna! E chiar incredibil de ușor!
Pentru o mai plăcută savurare a salatei, eliminați și oasele care le găsiți prin pește. Dar nu-i obligatoriu, pentru că oasele deja marinate ale scrumbiei sunt moi și se pot scoate ușor în timpul mestecației.
Tăiați apoi fileurile de scrumbie în fâșii nu mai mari de 1 cm grosime. În vasul în care doriți să montați salata, puneți pe fundul ei, un strat de ceapă, după care adăugați scrumbia mărunțită. Stropiți cu uleiul de măsline.
Lăsați la frigider măcar 2 ore înainte de servire, pentru a contopi aromele.
Nu adăugați sare! Scrumbia e destul de sărată! Iar de piper, nu vă pot spune nimic, pentru că eu niciodată nu am folosit piperul la acest preparat.

*) Scrumbia marinată, eu o cumpăr din Piața ”Gorbaciov” din Ploiești. Denumită așa (piața), pentru că aici, bravii noștri moldoveni de peste Prut, aduc o grămadă de chestii pe care nu le prea găsești pe la noi.
Scrumbia asta marinată, SILIOTKA - în limba rusă – face parte din categoria produselor de negăsit în magazinele sau supermarketurile românești! Really!
