Dough pizza with olives and oatmeal

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Put the yeast in a bowl with a little salt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar.

Stir in the yeast to liquefy.

Then add the olive pieces, warm water, oatmeal. We mix.

At the end we add semi flour, knead an elastic dough in which we incorporate 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Divide the dough in two, then grease two round trays with oil, spread the dough with your fingers in the trays.

Grease the dough with homemade ketchup, place olives, pieces of kapia pepper, sliced ​​cheese, pieces of melted cheese.

At the end we sprinkled grated cheese and a little dried oregano.

Put the trays in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, use the ventilation baking function.

Remove the baked pizza from the oven, portion and serve.

PIZZA WITH YOGHURT AND CREAM

I invite you to cook together a delicious pizza with yogurt and sour cream!

A healthy recipe that I propose together with Kotanyi , a dish with a very special taste thanks to the spice I used.

Oregano has a strong aromatic smell and a slightly spicy taste, slightly bitter, and the pizza turned out very very good!

250g flour
7g dry yeast
130mL water
2 tablespoons olive oil

100g yogurt
50g sour cream
a tablespoon of flour
1 or
a red (or white) onion
olive
maize
2 teaspoons crushed oregano from the Kotányi

Dough: Dissolve the yeast in water, then add oil and flour. Knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2 hours.

Knead the leavened dough in a circle with a diameter of 26-28 cm and put it in a round shape.

Finely chop the onion and sliced ​​olives.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, sour cream, egg, flour and oregano with a fork. Spread this composition over the dough and sprinkle with onions, olives and corn. And at the end we sprinkled a little more oregano.

Put the pizza in the oven at 180 degrees C for about 25 minutes or until the dough starts to lightly brown on the edges.

Oregano is a spice typical of Mediterranean cuisine that gives culinary preparations a special flavor. Oregano is rich in essential oils and is ideal for pizza, focaccia, tomato sauce, beans, meat specialties and salads.

Bake them in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C. If you make them smaller, reduce the baking time.

Recipe of the day: Oatmeal cakes

Oatmeal cakes from: oatmeal, sugar syrup, honey, unsalted butter, flour, brown sugar and salt.

Ingredient:

  • 250g oatmeal
  • 230g sugar syrup
  • 20g honey
  • 250g soft unsalted butter
  • 140g flour
  • 175g soft brown sugar
  • 5g of salt

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until a smooth dough is obtained. Place baking paper in a baking tray. Pour the dough into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to a large platter, allow to cool completely. Cut and serve.


FOCACCIA WITH OLIVE AND CHEESE

Mix water with oil and yeast then start adding flour. Knead well until you get a homogeneous dough, do not add flour. If we have a bread machine or mixer with a kneading bowl, then we can make the dough for them.

Put the dough in a bowl, cover and leave to rise for an hour and a half in a warm place.

On the floured top, divide the dough into 3 equal parts and spread them with a length equal to the width of the tray, so that all 3 fit perfectly in the tray.

Put each part of the dough in the tray on baking paper, sprinkle with grated cheese, then olives, cherry tomatoes and oregano. On one of them I lightly put a beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees C until the cheese is nicely browned and the dough is done.

We served with eggplant and pumpkin salad ! Good appetite!


  • 150 g of oatmeal
  • 1 boiled potato (165 g, weighed in shell)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 35 g race parmesan
  • 1 small onion
  • salt pepper
  • parsley
  • rosemary
  • 9 tablespoons oil (3 for composition + 6 for frying)

In a bowl put the oatmeal, boiled and mashed potatoes, eggs, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons oil, finely chopped onion, chopped greens, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well until you get a homogeneous composition that you let rest for 10-15 minutes.

After that, with oiled hands form meatballs, We get 16 pieces that we fry in a pan greased with oil. We fried in two rounds, 8 pieces each, the first round we put 3 tablespoons of oil and the second the remaining oil Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.

Serve with lettuce.
