Donuts: Boil the water with the oil in a saucepan.

At the first boil, pour all the flour once the pan is removed from the heat and mix the dough vigorously.

When the dough is warm we start to add whole eggs one by one, chewing well after each one, so we will not put the next one, until the first one will not be well incorporated.

The dough should be soft but not runny.

We put baking paper in the stove tray and with a spirit we make sticks or round shapes.

Bake the molds in the preheated oven 175 degrees for 30-35 minutes without opening the stove door.


When they are ready, take them out on a grill and leave them to cool, then fill them with the cream below.

Cream:

Put 500 ml of boiled milk on the stove together with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Beat eggs with 200 ml milk and corn flour (or white flour).

When the milk on the stove starts to boil, add the egg composition, stirring constantly until it begins to become creamy.

Then leave to cool and fill the donuts.

Top can be garnished with chocolate syrup or chocolate icing.

syrup : melt the butter with the broken chocolate in the pieces, then add the sour cream, leave it to cool then decorate the donuts.
