Although I always care about the amount of sweets consumed, when it comes to ice cream as if my brain refuses to say stop :) I never buy in large quantities because if I know it in the freezer I do not leave until I eat it all so I I choose to eat one occasionally or since the little ones came into the world to do it at home.

Ice cream recipes are usually of the two most complex types with the mixture of yolks and milk that is made on the fire then add whipped cream, curd of different types or flavors (these are clearly the best options) and the simple ones in which the crushed fruits are mix with yogurt or whipped cream, children's favorites :)

I prepared a sweet and sour version that I can honestly say was excellent! Of course I will prepare it with bananas and other fruits, possibly cherries, to enrich it with pieces of chocolate or who knows what else comes to mind.

Strawberry ice cream

For 8 small portions (say 8-9 ice cream balls):

  • 200g well ripened strawberries
  • 250ml fresh
  • 200ml Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (the amount of sugar is variable depending on how sweet the strawberries are and how sweet you want them to be frozen but this is the minimum amount)

How do we prepare strawberry ice cream?

The preparation method is extremely simple, crush the strawberries well together with the powdered sugar (wash them well first) then mix them with the yogurt and whipped cream, mixing lightly with a pear type until it is homogenous.

The result is an absolutely delicious foam that you can serve immediately or if you have a little patience (it's worth the wait) to freeze it in molds or in the casserole for 4 hours then serve it.

  • Here's how to make the lid easier and serve ice cream: uFill a larger cup with water and heat it in the microwave until hot. Dip one foot into warm water, pausing between layers to allow them to dry. Remove by twisting ice cream and serve.
  • You can prepare this ice cream with any fruit you like as long as it is well baked.

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM I Recipe + Video

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM. It is an easy recipe to prepare and does not require much time. In the summer season this ice cream is perfect to cool us down. I hope you like this recipe and prepare it with pleasure. I still wish you a tasty day and good appetite!

Ingredient:

  • 600 gr. & # 8211 strawberries
  • 500 ml. - sweet cream for cream 35%
  • 5 tablespoons & # 8211 powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon & # 8211 vanilla essence

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all put half the amount of strawberries without stalks in the bowl of a blender. Mix them until you get a fine puree.
  2. Then take the other half of the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
  3. Then pour the whipped cream into a large bowl. Add the vanilla essence on top, powdered sugar and mix until you get a fluffy and firm composition. It is important not to mix more than necessary so that the cream does not cut.
  4. Then put the strawberry puree over the cream and mix with wide movements. Then add the diced strawberries, incorporate them and put the composition in a container. Cover it with cling film and let the ice cream harden in the freezer for about 2-3 hours. Then serve it with pleasure. Good appetite!
