After separating the eggs, I frothed the yolks together with the sugar, I added the melted but cooled butter, the essence, the flour and I mixed well. Then I poured the cold milk until I got a homogeneous dough. I whipped the egg whites and added them to the composition, the salt powder, stirring lightly. The composition is quite liquid. In a tray I put baking paper and poured the composition (soft) and put in the preheated oven and left on moderate heat for 1 hour, until browned. After it was baked, I turned off the fire and left it to cool in the oven. I portioned and powdered with vanilla powdered sugar.

It came out ... crazy!
