How to make a quiche with green beans
Wash and trim the green beans, boil the water in a saucepan, add the salt and boil the green beans for about 8/10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm, line a greased and floured cake tin with it, prick the bottom with the prongs of a fork, and cook for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 & # 176.
Prepare the filling, mix the ricotta and parmesan, salt and nutmeg, and the eggs.
Transfer it to the base and decorate the surface with green beans and cherry tomatoes. Brush the vegetables with a little oil and salt.
