Method of preparation
Wash the meat with lukewarm water, cut it into appropriate large pieces (use especially bone-in meat) and brown it in hot oil (or lard). When it has penetrated, take it out in a bowl and leave it covered until you prepare the vegetables.
Peel an onion, cut it in half and leave it in cold water for 5-10 minutes, then chop it into small pieces and fry it in the fat in which the meat was fried. It is good to transfer the fat to a clean bowl. Pour a cup of warm water and let the onion cook over medium heat with the bowl covered for 15 minutes.
Add sliced bell peppers, peeled tomatoes (or 2 tablespoons broth) and finely chopped. Put the meat over the vegetables, add a cup of hot water and continue cooking for half an hour on low heat. Salt, to taste, add the bay leaf and peppercorns and leave for another 5 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into large slices and boil them separately, then pour them over the stew without water. Serve the stew decorated with chopped greens, preferably next to a warm polenta.

2. Peel and chop the onion. Thyme is cleaned from the twigs, and the potatoes are washed and cleaned with a new dish sponge. If you want a sweeter stew, you can add 1-2 carrots to the composition. Potatoes cut in half with a tablespoon of olive oil, thyme and carrots are baked over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
3. After the chicken breast has boiled, cut it into small pieces and add it to a saucepan with the new potatoes and carrots that have been baked. Pour two cups of water and leave for another 10-15 minutes with the 2 teaspoons of chopped tarragon and lemon juice. If you want the sauce thicker, you can add 100 milliliters of drinking milk, mix and leave for another 10 minutes. The dish is ready and you can serve it to the greedy little ones.
Place the whole pork sausage in a pan or saucepan. Pour hot water until it is half full. Fry it and turn it on the other side, until the water drops. If you see that the liquid drops too fast and the sausage burns, put it in the oven. When the water has dropped and fat has drained from it, add another 1-2 tablespoons of oil and brown it well on both sides.
At the end, serve the hot sausages, with mustard, grated horseradish, to taste, with a vegetable garnish, as desired, or with a light salad. If you want to eat them cold, cut the sausages into thin slices and serve them as an appetizer, with a little mustard, to taste.
