Pudding with potatoes and chicken

Baked recipes are among the top of my preferences. They are perfect especially when we need to prepare dinner quickly.

  • 500 g chicken muscle
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 link parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 50 g parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pudding with potatoes and chicken:

Peel a squash, grate it and boil it. The chicken breast is sliced ​​into thin slices and fried in 50 ml of oil.

Separately beat the 3 eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper (to taste). The peppers are cut into squares and the parsley is finely chopped.

Boiled and cooled potatoes cut into cubes and mix with beaten eggs with sour cream. Mix the meat with the parsley and chopped pepper.

The potatoes mixed with the meat are placed in a tray lined with baking paper.

Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. When the pudding has "tied" and browned on top (about 30 minutes) sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes.

It is served hot, but it is just as good and cold.

Serve with pleasure!


Rice with sauerkraut and multicooker chicken

For this recipe I used my kitchen aids: the multicooker and the Salad Chef Smart.
These aids are very useful, I fully enjoy them!

  • For the steak:
  • The thighs and chest of a chicken
  • 100 ml oil
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
  • 2 was dafin
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Sweet pepper paste
  • 2 l apa
  • For rice preparation:
  • 300 gr rice
  • Chicken soup in a proportion of 3/1 compared to the amount of rice
  • Salt
  • Curry
  • Green parsley
  • For sauerkraut:
  • 1 small white cabbage (up to one kg)
  • 2 white onions
  • the fat in which the chicken was prepared
  • 2 was dafin
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 dried dill vine + macchiaia
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

We slice the chicken, wash it, put it in the multicooker bowl and cover it with water.
Add a little salt.
Set the Boil program for 10 minutes and close the lid.
After the time expires, remove the formed foam and set the STEW program for 20 minutes.
The chicken boils harder than the commercial one, but it is good to check, it should not be boiled definitively, just enough to dilute the fat and penetrate a little.


After the time expires, take the chicken out of the bowl and transfer it to a large pan.

With a polish, take the fat from the soup in which the chicken was boiled and transfer it to the pan.
My chicken was very fat, so I took about a fat full of polish.
Add a little more oil, season the meat with pepper and paprika, add the bay leaves and chopped garlic cloves and cover the pan.
Let the meat fry over medium heat, turning it from time to time from side to side.

In the soup from the multicooker bowl add the rice, two bay leaves, a little salt and a teaspoon of curry.
Close the lid and set the RICE program.
After preparing the steak, remove the meat from the pan, and strain the remaining fat, as it is cleaner, more liquid. We don't use the thicker part anymore.
Wash the pan, add the fat and sauté the chopped onion in it with the help of the Salad Smart Chef, using multiple blades.
We will also cut the cabbage into smaller pieces, then we will remove the spine and chop it with Salad Chef Smart, using multiple blades.


When the onion becomes translucent, add the chopped cabbage, over which we sprinkled a little salt and pepper, bay leaves and dill vine, mix everything and cover the pan, leaving the cabbage to cook over medium heat.
From time to time we stir to cook well.
Towards the end, add the cleaned and sliced ​​garlic cloves.


Serve the rice mixed with green parsley, over which we add the sauerkraut, and next to the steak.
I really liked the rice-cabbage combination!


Method of preparation

Rub the butter in a bowl (with the mixer) adding the yolks, sour cream, cheese, boiled potatoes without peel and pass through a sieve (or put in a blender), the necessary salt, the beaten egg whites. The meat cut into pieces is smothered in butter, when it is soft, it is passed through the mincer (I put it in the blender). We put the contents in a form of yenna well greased with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We will put a row of potatoes, then one of meat, continuing in this way. The last layer should be potatoes. Bake for 35-40 minutes. The pudding is served sprinkled with grated cheese and tomato sauce. Garnish with mint or basil leaves.

This Potato paprika with mutton it's one of my favorite dishes. It can also be prepared with pork or chicken, but with mutton or lamb it is something special.

As I have been accustomed to for 2 years now and now in the third year of collaboration with Selgros Romania we come up with simple recipes that we hope will be to your liking and useful. This time we chose to present you a simple recipe with mutton, but which can also be prepared with lamb at any time, whether spring, summer, autumn or winter.

Depending on the season, you can opt for a tomato salad with cucumbers and onions, pickled lettuce, cabbage, or pickles.

Potato paprika with mutton & # 8211 Ingredients

500-600 g of mutton (or lamb)
3 pieces of medium-sized onions
1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, 1/2 green bell pepper
4 medium-sized peeled tomatoes
7-8 pieces of medium-sized potatoes cut into rounds
2 tablespoons lard or 5-6 tablespoons oil
salt pepper,
1 teaspoon paprika
green parsley

Potato paprika with ram meat & # 8211 Preparation

We start with the meat that we will cut into suitable pieces. Peeled onions are finely chopped. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small pieces. The tomatoes are grown and scalded in boiling water for a few seconds and then removed in cold water. This way we will be able to peel them easily. After scalding them, peel them and cut them into cubes or slices.

In a larger saucepan (I prefer to use a cast iron saucepan), heat the lard or oil. Finely chopped onion and pepper together with a pinch of salt (as long as it takes between 3 fingers), cook until soft. Add the pieces of meat and continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.

Add the chopped tomatoes and continue to mix. Season with salt, ground pepper and paprika (who likes spicy food can add a little hot paprika). Put enough water to cover the meat and cover the pan with a lid. Let it simmer until the meat is cooked (add a little more water during cooking).

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into slices. When the meat is cooked, add the chopped potatoes and add enough water to boil them together with the meat.

At the end, sprinkle the paprika with finely chopped green parsley and serve with a fresh tomato salad with cucumbers, cabbage salad, pickled salad, or pickles.

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes well and boil them in their skins. Let it cool and then cut it into cubes or slices.

Mix the ham with the potatoes and place them in a heat-resistant dish.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, add the salt, pepper and finely chopped green dill, and then pour the composition over the potatoes in the bowl.

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix sour cream, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and finely chopped greens.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, butter and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the composition into forms lined with flour and greased with butter and bake for 25 minutes.

1 kg of potatoes
1 boneless chicken breast
a box of chopped tomatoes
an onion
3 cloves of garlic
a bunch of parsley
1 tablespoon oil

Peel the potatoes, wash and slice. The chicken breast is cut into cubes, the onion is cut into scales and, together with the potatoes, they are placed in a tray.
Add the oil and, to taste, salt, pepper, thyme. Pour a cup of water over them. Apply an aluminum foil over the tray and place in the oven for about an hour. After this time, remove the tray, remove the foil and add the chopped tomatoes and garlic.
Put the tray back in the oven for about 1/2 hour, without the aluminum foil.
Remove the tray from the oven, sprinkle with the chopped parsley and the food can be served.

Green bean pudding is the recipe proposed by us. It is an easy pudding to prepare that can be eaten at lunch or dinner, it is consistent and looks excellent.
