Sarmale with mashed potatoes in a Romanian dish

RECIPE PREPARATION Sarmale with mashed potatoes in Romanian dish:

Fry the bacon in oil, add the chopped onion, the grated carrot and the pepper paste. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Add the diced ribs and the mashed potatoes that have been washed in a lot of water. pepper, thyme and sarmale spice add a cup of water and boil until the water decreases. This composition is poured into a bowl over the minced meat, mix and start packing the sarmales. In the middle of the sarmales put a slice of kaizer and and place in a bowl prepared with thyme covered with cabbage leaves. Finally pour a cup of oil over the sarmale and fill with water then put in the oven over high heat until they start to boil then low heat. Boil for about 2 hours. . Serve with sour cream.
