Potato soup with chicken breast

Wash the chicken breast well and cut it into cubes. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes as small as possible.

Peel an onion and finely chop it. Put a little oil in a pot and when it has heated up, add the diced chicken breast. We cook for a few minutes. Add the onion and cook for another 2 minutes. Add 3 liters of water and salt to taste. When it starts to boil, turn the heat to low and let it boil for 10 minutes. Then add the carrots and potatoes. When the vegetables are cooked, add the tomato sauce and milk. Taste and add more salt, if necessary. Bring the soup to a boil and remove from the heat. Serve hot! A soup that appeals to children.   • -300g rice
  • -3 tablespoons olive oil

  • -3 tablespoons soy sauce

Potatoes in cream sauce with dill


In order for the sauce not to have a dark color, we preventively boil the mushrooms for about 10 minutes. In a saucepan, simmer the chopped chicken breast with the crushed or finely chopped garlic.


Meanwhile, we prepare the sauce. Mix the cream in a bowl with the 3 tablespoons of flour. Pour about 300 ml of cold water. Mix well so that there are no lumps.


After 10 minutes, add the chicken, potatoes and mushrooms to the cauldron. Pour the prepared sauce on top.


We pour water in such a way as to cover the potatoes. Cut the onions in half and put them whole. In this way, the sauce will get the right aroma and taste from the onion. We can put the onion to brown with the chicken breast, but many do not like onions in sauce. Also, the appearance of the sauce will be more beautiful.


Add the spices and salt to taste. Let everything simmer until the potatoes are ready. If necessary, add more water during cooking.


When everything is ready, take the onion out of the pot (throw it away) and press the dill.

Chicken breast cannelloni - another pasta recipe with meat, only good to prepare and serve on a Saturday afternoon. Why Saturday? Because preparing them takes a lot of time, but the result is worth it. Quench with meat broth, add salt, pepper and basil, cover the bowl and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: Put the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, harden very little, gradually add the milk and stir over low heat until the mixture starts to boil and bind. Hi, Ioana! Wonderful recipe!
I have a colleague from Moldova who cooks a lot at college, so I also stole a recipe from her. Among the recipes, there is also this Greek soup. Sometimes it is made with chicken breast, sometimes it replaces the chicken breast with mushrooms. After all the vegetables are ready, instead of adding the egg (and / or sour cream), add slices of melted cheese. The result is extremely good! And this soup (which is my favorite) is not so hard for me anymore, I have problems with the gallbladder. Have you ever tried?

Alina, I didn't make melted cheese soup, but I can imagine it making it creamy. I like the idea of ​​mushrooms, for lacto-vegetarians.

Greek style chicken soup.

A very tasty recipe that I eat every time I have the opportunity, every time I make it does not last more than a day, it is probably not the original recipe but it is a very good option maybe even better than the original.

For this recipe you need the following ingredients:

2-3 hot pickled areas.
4 egg yolks,
2 chicken cubes,
7-800 grams of chicken breast,
a tablespoon of wheat flour.
5-6 tablespoons of vinegar,
1 tablespoon mustard,
1 tablespoon flour,
5-6 tablespoons oil,
4-5 cloves of crushed garlic,
500 grams of sour cream,
2 medium-large carrots.
salt and pepper to taste.
