Oriental salad with tuna

If you add canned tuna to oriental salad, you can't even imagine what kind of salad you will have ...

  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 1/2 kg of red potatoes
  • little onion (1/2 medium onion)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sour cream, a little mustard, salt, pepper, a little olive oil, a little lemon juice
  • black olives

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Oriental salad with tuna:

Boil the potatoes in their skins and eggs. Then we peel them.

In a bowl, cut the cold potatoes, eggs and add the tuna. Optionally you can add black olives (I didn't have it so I did without it) and I grated the onion because the boss doesn't like raw onions ... so I tricked him by grating the onion. You can cut it scales because it's better.

Separately mix mayonnaise with sour cream and mustard. Add salt, white pepper, a little olive oil and lemon juice. Add the resulting sauce to the potatoes and mix carefully so as not to crush the potatoes and eggs.

Let cool for a few hours.
