Pork steak with kapia peppers

Pork steak with kapia peppers

Cut the pulp and chest into slices of the desired thickness.

We place the pieces of meat in a yena tray.

Place pieces of kapia pepper, 1 tablespoon of lard, tomato juice, granulated garlic, salt and pepper to taste over the meat, then put the tray in the oven for 1 hour at 190-200 degrees.

After 1 hour of cooking the meat in the oven, empty the contents of the form in a pan and let the steak cook over high heat until it browns nicely.

Sprinkle with chopped greens.

Serve with mashed potatoes and pickles.

Good appetite!
