Appetizer cream / Beet gazpacho with goat cheese

Cut pieces of boiled and cleaned beets.

Mix the beets with goat cheese, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, a few basil leaves and vinegar cream.

Check for salt and pepper.

Pour into transparent jars.

Garnish with chopped walnuts, a little cottage cheese and basil.

Let cool until you serve it.
