Of all the fruits, I like grapes, nectarines, golden apples and bananas. but because I suffer from a slight constipation, for some time, to eat with pleasure and bananas I go on the idea of combining fruits with yogurt the activity that I would eat in my sleep.

RECIPE PREPARATION Mixed fruit with yogurt:
Peel a banana, grate it and slice it. We cut the nectarine and the apple into slices as well. We wash the grapes and take the beans from the bunches and place it in a bowl with nectarine, banana and apple. At the end we add the yogurt.
Any kind of yogurt is used, but I like it very much. In fact, it is a pretty filling and delicious salad.
