Sardine salad

It was prepared for breakfast this morning. Very tasty salad!

  • 1 canned sardines in oil
  • 1 small diet yogurt
  • about 50 gr. salted and fried hazelnuts
  • 3 Chinese cabbage leaves
  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Servings: 1

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Sardine salad:

We wash the vegetables.

We cut the Chinese cabbage leaves and place them on a flat plate.

The quarter of the cabbage is crushed together with the robot nuts. Add the diet yogurt, salt and pepper to taste and get a slightly liquid paste.

Place this pasta over the cabbage on the plate, put the drained sardines on top, add a few cherry tomatoes and serve.
