TABLE:
I beat the yolks with the sugar with the mixer, until they became cream. Separately, I beat the egg whites with a little salt until they were hard foam. I slowly incorporated the yolks into the egg whites and then I added the rest of the ingredients, mixing slowly and then with the mixer at the lowest speed. I poured the mixture into a large and not high tray on baking paper and I put it in the oven over medium heat for about half an hour (until it is ready, without being burned, it is tested with a toothpick: if it comes out clean it is ready). Then I carefully turned it over on a tray and peeled off the baking paper: also carefully :), and let it cool well.
CREAM:
I prepared vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the envelope but with 400 ml of milk, not 500, and when I mixed the pudding powder with the sugar and cold milk I mixed 2 egg yolks there. I put the pudding to cool.
The very soft butter (I took it out at room temperature a few hours before) I beat it well with the sugar (with the mixer), until the sugar melted. Then I slowly incorporated the well-cooled pudding (in the fridge) and the 10 tablespoons of dissolved ness 2, 3 tablespoons of hot water (and it must be cold when incorporated into the butter). Then I put the walnuts in an oven tray for 5 minutes before and grinded them in half, cut them in half with a knife and put them in the cream. I then spread the cream evenly on the cooled counter and put everything in the fridge for half an hour.
GLAZE:
I mixed the ingredients for the glaze over low heat until they all melted there. I let it cool a bit, but not too hard, so I could spread it lightly over the cake. Which I chilled again in the fridge anyway it was late in the evening when I finished it and the whole gang was sleeping, only me as a ghost in the kitchen :)))
The morning was only good, and there was no need for coffee :)) And it was simply delicious.
I admit that I was very tempted by the cake and for coffee that I missed it ... and I stopped drinking coffee, but who said something about "eating coffee" ?? : D :))
broke through the norms
Now all became clear, many thanks for the help in this question.
