M&M cookies

M&M cookies

These cookies are very tender and good. For this recipe I was inspired by Edith's blog. They are delicious!

  • 220 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa
  • 200 g jam / jam
  • 140 g sugar
  • 80 ml oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • M&M candy

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


In a bowl, mix the flour with the 40 g of cocoa, baking powder and salt. We pass this mixture once through a sieve. In another bowl mix the jam / jam, sugar and oil. Add half of the solid mixture over the jam / jam mixture. Homogenize. Add the rest of the flour and mix by hand until smooth. Add flour depending on the consistency of the jam. We need to get a soft dough that does not stick to our hands. Form dough balls and flatten them. We add 2-3 M&M candies. Wallpaper a tray with baking paper and then put the cookies. Leave them at 180 C for 10 minutes. To keep them soft we have to keep them in a box with a lid.
