Chiftelute monastery

Even her husband liked them, even though he is a hardened carnivore!

Ingredient Chiftelute monastery recipe

a 20 ml cup of rice

2 canned boiled beans / 450 g (of course you can boil the beans, I had them at home and I had to use them for something)

a teaspoon of paprika

1/3 teaspoon dried thyme

Recipe method Monastery meatballs

I washed it well and put it in a saucepan. I put 2 cups and a half of water over it, a little salt and I put it to boil over low heat.

I left it until the water was well absorbed and the rice boiled.

I finely chopped the onion and sautéed it for 2-3 minutes in a little oil.

I passed the beans. You can use a blender or mash it with a mashing tool, or pass it through a meat grinder.

I put in a bowl the beans, the rice (which has meanwhile cooled), the onion, the bread soaked and squeezed well, the thyme, the parsley, the paprika and the finely chopped garlic. I adjusted the taste of salt, added a little flour and mixed well. Do not add flour from the beginning, just add a little and add only if the composition is too soft.

I put flour on the worktop and put piles of mixture. I rolled them well in flour, then I shaped them into meatballs.

I heated the oil in the pan and put the meatballs.

  • the oil must be very hot and the meatballs fried over high heat
  • do not turn often, you risk absorbing too much oil, turn with a spoon / spatula only when the meatballs are well browned on one side.
  • if you want, you can pass through a blender and rice
  • the addition of any cooked and mashed vegetables (carrot, parsnip, zucchini) is welcome

Remove the meatballs on a plate on which you put the napkins, to absorb the excess oil.

Mashed potatoes with mashed potatoes - a quick meal!

Potato with mashed potatoes is very good looking, rosy, fine and delicious!

INGREDIENT:

-500-600 g of minced meat (pork + chicken)

-50 ml of cream for cooking

-100 g of 20% fermented cream

- granulated garlic - to taste

-salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into pieces and put them in a saucepan. Cover with water and simmer for about 20 minutes, until softened. About halfway through the cooking time, salt them to taste.

2. Meanwhile, clean and cut the onion into cubes. Fry it in a small amount of hot oil until lightly browned.

3.Put the minced meat in a deep bowl. Season with salt, ground black pepper and knead well with your hands. Add it to the pan with the fried onion and cook until it is semi-cooked (for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently).

4. Drain the water from the pan with the boiled potatoes. If they are watery, you can dry them a little, heating them over low heat.

5. Grind the boiled potatoes with the mashed pot. During this process add the soft butter, the heated sweet cream, the granulated garlic and the nutmeg.

6.After the mashed potatoes become homogeneous and cool a little, gradually add (one by one) the eggs in it and mix well, using a fork.

P.S. If you have noticed that the mashed potatoes have lumps, you can pass it through a strainer to homogenize it.

7.Put the cheese through the large grater.

8. Assemble the musacaua. We prepared it in a round tray with a diameter of 20 cm. I lined the bottom of the tray with baking paper, and greased its walls well with butter and sprinkled them with breadcrumbs.

9. Spread half of the mashed potatoes evenly on the bottom of the tray. If you want, you can add 2/3 of the puree to the first layer, making it thicker.

10.Prepare the potato layer with a thin layer of grated cheese.

11. Spread the whole meat composition evenly over the first layers. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese.

12. The last layer will be the remaining mashed potatoes.

13.Mix the remaining cheese with the fermented cream. Grease the surface of the muscat with the resulting composition.

14. Bake the moussaka for 30-35 minutes, until it is nicely browned, in the preheated oven up to 200 ° C.

15. Let it cool for 5-7 minutes in the pan. Then separate it from its walls with a thin knife. Take it out of the pan. Portion and serve.

and you say it's tasty. ok :)) I take your word for it: P (do you know who I am? anelises :))

Anelise, in the end I recognized you and undercover :) I can't say that fish broth is a great food, you know :)) But it's tasty and worth trying. My head was not from the farm, it was full of seaweed and it smelled a little big even on the vegetable bed. So it seemed good to me, maybe with a different fish it would have seemed just acceptable :) I forgot to say that I put salt on vegetables, but I don't think anyone thought I ate them unsalted just for the sake of it. to use & dietetic recipe & quot :)))

Over, over, over, you hit me in the plexus.
Even if it doesn't work out, I'll still like it. :))

:)) Good thing I only hit you with the recipe and not with the fish: P The razor is so easy to make that you can't go wrong.

So without potatoes it's perfect for my dieting attempt: ((((((((((

Cristina, below you have an alternative to fish broth, without potatoes. Good luck with your diet! :)

I used to bake fish with vegetables like this. that is, 3-4 fish (raw) are placed in a tray greased with a little oil and among them are placed sliced carrots, sliced onions, sliced peppers and sliced tomatoes. put them in the oven at the right heat and try from time to time until the vegetables and fish penetrate. sprinkle green parsley on top. it can also be seasoned with lemon (both in the oven while baking and when serving). some add tomato juice when the vegetables are penetrated, but I prefer without, only with the above vegetables.

it is delicious, it is dietary and it has no potatoes: D and the taste of the vegetables in which the fish flavor penetrates is extraordinary. I prefer this recipe more to the taste of vegetables than fish and I assure you it is sensational.

I couldn't resist writing it here because while looking at what the Lord is cooking from the pan, I remembered this recipe and I'm already salivating thinking about it. tomorrow I will do it without fail, otherwise I will die of lust. and yes, I admit I'm a gourmand: D

maybe the Lord will try it from the pan and put some pictures because I don't have the talent to pose: P: D :)

Thanks a lot for the recipe. I think I would call it a vegetable broth with fish :)) I pass it on my long list of recipes that I want to prepare, I hope it will be her turn as soon as possible. That is, unless there is someone else who can do it before me, I am convinced that you have managed to make many people crave it)
