Ingredient:

1,200 kg chest

For the paste through which we pass the chest strips:
3 eggs
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons food starch
4 tablespoons flour
Freshly chopped dill
Frying oil
Sesame

For the rice garnish:
250g rice
½ teaspoon salt
1l apa

Chinese Salsa Sauce from Develey (a sweet and sour sweet sauce, very good with which you can serve Shanghai Chicken). It is commonly used in Asia and has been used in England since the Middle Ages.

Method of preparation:
We clean and wash the chicken breast, then cut it into strips.

In a bowl put eggs, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper to taste, finely chopped dill and food starch and mix until smooth. Add flour to the resulting composition, and mix again until you get a creamy paste.

Put sesame seeds in a plate.

We take one by one a strip of chicken breast, we put it on one side and on the other through the composition with egg, then we put it in sesame and we fry it in a pan with hot oil. Fry it on both sides, then take it out on a napkin to absorb the excess oil.

Next to this chicken recipe, we can serve Salsa Cenese sauce, from Develey, and plain boiled rice. In a pot we put 1l of water, 250g of rice and half a teaspoon of salt. Let it boil for 20-25 minutes, then take it out in a strainer and put it under a stream of cold water. We simply serve it next to the Shanghai chicken.

5. Cayenne to Ease Pain

Cayenne is a type of hot pepper that you will find in Southwestern American cuisine, as well as in Mexican, Creole and Cajun dishes. Cayenne peppers contain a substance called capsaicin. It is what makes it spicy and also what can provide pain relief.

Capsaicin reduces the number of pain signals sent to the brain. The outcome? Don't register so much discomfort. It works on the pain caused by arthritis and diabetes-related nerve damage. You can apply capsaicin creams directly on the joints and muscles.

Laboratory research and animal studies suggest that eating hot peppers may also help with something that causes a lot of internal pain: ulcers. Although people often associate spicy foods with upset stomachs, capsaicin helps reduce ulcers by restricting the growth of ulcer-causing bacteria (Helicobacter pylori or H. pylori), reducing excess gastric acid and increasing blood flow.

Table tip: Use this spice whenever you want to add heat to the food. It is wonderful in chili, soups, stews and meat. For a fun twist, add a line of hot chocolate.

Chicken quesadilla

Sometimes we can deviate from traditional recipes and tastes and try something like quesadilla with chicken. If you make it at home, you can trust the ingredients in its composition, not missing a delicious taste, which you can share with the whole family.

Ingredients for chicken quesadilla:

2 tablespoons olive oil
900 grams of skinless chicken breast
salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cajun spices
1 large onion sliced
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
12 tablespoons butter
12 Lebanese glues
2 1/2 cups grated gouda cheese

for Pico de Gallo sauce:
12 cherry tomatoes
3 onions
2 cups fresh coriander leaves
2-3 peppers jalapeno
1 file
salt

5 steps to prepare quesadilla with chicken:

1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over high heat. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper and cajun spices. Add the chicken to the pan and cook over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on each side or until done. Open.

2. Add the remaining olive oil (1 tablespoon) to the pan, over high heat. Add the sliced onion and the pepper, peeled and finely chopped, and leave until the peppers turn a browner color, about 3-4 minutes. They step aside.

3. Put 1/2 tablespoon of butter in another pan, over medium heat, and put the glue in the pan. Then, build the quesadilla by first putting the layer of grated cheese, then arrange the finely chopped chicken and cooked peppers. Cover with a little grated cheese, then add the second stick.

4. When the first stick is golden, carefully turn the quesadilla on the other side, adding another 1/2 tablespoon of butter to the pan. Continue to cook until golden and the other sticky. Repeat the procedure with the remaining glues and the filling.

5. To make the Pico de Gallo sauce, which is served with quesadilla, cut equal amounts of tomatoes and onions. The coriander is cut larger. The jalapeno pepper is sliced in half, the seeds are removed and finely chopped. Add all the ingredients in a bowl, over which the juice is drained from half a lime. Season with salt and mix until all ingredients are combined.
