RECIPE PREPARATION Cookies with honey and oatmeal:
Mix flour with baking powder, cinnamon and oatmeal. Separately mix honey with egg, butter and milk. Pour the liquid mixture over the solid ingredients and mix well.
Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
With the help of a spoon or teaspoon - depending on how big we want to make the cookies - take the dough and place it in the tray, leaving the distance between them because they will grow.
Bake at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
Approximately 24 pieces come out of these quantities, respectively two trays of cookies.
150 grams of raisins, cranberries or other dried fruits can be added to the composition, but then the number of calories increases and they are no longer dietary :)

I love cookie recipes, especially those that are very easy to make. I saved the recipe a long time ago, from an American blog, I think 17 and Baking, but I wouldn't put my hand in the fire. Homemade cakes with oatmeal
Oats are an exceptional cereal. Very healthy and full of fiber, oats have another quality: it is very good in homemade cakes. Here are two examples:
Oat muffins. They are made quickly, are tasty and ideal for breakfast. For the muffin tray you need 250 grams of plain oatmeal, 100 grams of flour, 100 grams of sugar, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, an envelope of baking powder, a pinch of salt, a egg, 120 ml of whipped milk, 50 ml of water, 100 ml of oil. Prepare the oven and grease the muffin tins with a little oil. The composition can also be baked in classic cake trays.
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them. Beat the egg, add the beaten milk and oil. The liquid composition is mixed slowly in the dry one. Finally, add hot water. Mix lightly, because there is no need to reach a perfectly homogeneous composition. Put the composition in forms and bake the muffins for 30 minutes on low heat. If you choose the cake forms, the cake will be ready in 40 minutes.
Oatmeal steaks. To make the cookies you need 100 grams of butter, an egg, half a banana, vanilla essence, 100 grams of sugar, orange peel, 200 grams of oatmeal, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of grated coconut and 100 grams of raisins.
Prepare a baking tray. Grease the pan with a little fat. Preheat the oven. Divide the oatmeal in half. Half turn them into flour (maybe in a coffee grinder). Mix the soft butter with the whole egg with the mixer. Add banana, vanilla essence and sugar. Continue to mix until everything is well blended and the sugar melts. Add the orange peel.
In another bowl, mix the oatmeal, salt, coconut, raisins and the rest of the oatmeal (the whole ones). Combine the two compositions until a thick, coarse dough results. From the whole dough make a roll, from which you cut slices. Bake the cookies, on the right heat, for about 15-20 minutes, until they brown nicely.
