Bean salad with donuts

The night before cooking, soak the beans in cold water. The next day, drain the water and boil them with cold water. After boiling for a few minutes, discard the water, rinse them and boil them in cold water with a little salt. Depending on the age of the beans, leave them to boil for about an hour.

Drain the water and let them cool, then mix them with the diced donut and the chopped onion. Add strained lemon juice (to taste) and olive oil and mix to taste.


  • 500 g faole pastai

  • juice from 1/2 lemon

We clean the beans, break it into pieces and boil it for about 13-15 minutes, then we pass it through a stream of cold water, then we let it drain in a sieve.
Drain the tuna from the oil or its own juice and transfer it to a bowl. Add the beans, olives, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil and pour the emulsion over the other ingredients.

We mix delicately and we can serve. Simple, fast and delicious. Good job and good appetite!

Preparation of baskets with flax and barley flour:

Remove the excess dough from the edges of the form and prick the dough with a fork, so as not to swell in the oven.
Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
After baking, leave to cool.

After boiling, drain the water and place in a larger bowl.
Bake the donuts and carrots, clean them, then cut them into small pieces.
Put the mung donuts, carrots, finely chopped onion, washed and chopped parsley, onion and radish sprouts over the beans.
Add balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, sea salt (according to everyone's taste) and mix very well.
Each basket is filled with mung bean salad and garnished with onion and radish sprouts.

The beans are usually boiled, that is, they are soaked in cold water in the evening, the water is changed in the morning and it is also boiled with cold water. After the first boil, change the water and boil it again, this time with boiling water and salt. After boiling without crushing the grains, drain and allow to cool. A very tasty salad and at the same time, filling!

• 2 cans of already boiled beans or 500 gr of dried white beans, which you boil
• 1 leek thread
• 250 g cherry tomatoes
• 2 onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon of semi-mustard
• 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 4 tablespoons oil
• Basil leaves
• 1 powder of sugar
• Salt pepper

Preparation:
Put the canned beans in a colander and wash it under running cold water. You clean the leek well and cut it into rounds. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
Finely chopped onion. Mix everything.

For the vinaigrette: mix the crushed garlic with the mustard, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and 75 ml of water. Pour over the salad and mix gently. The basil leaves are broken and placed on top of the salad.

Bean borscht

3. Separately, clean the other vegetables, cut into small pieces and fry together with the smoked chest for a few minutes. Add the beans, 4 l of water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Towards the end, add the tomato juice, borscht and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.

Bean salad pods with donuts and corn

Life beats film and improvisation can be the best recipe. Especially when you have a few ingredients that just happened to be in your kitchen at the same time, with no specific purpose. So it is with this recipe, a happy and very tasty event, on the word of a pioneer.

Ingredient:
-200 gr bean pods
-1 pepper
-100 gr donuts in vinegar
-100 gr corn (can also be canned)
-1 clove of garlic
-1 teaspoon mustard
-1 link dill (or parsley)
-Olive oil, salt, pepper

1.If the corn is raw, it must be boiled first because it lasts.
2.Cook the pepper according to the traditional recipe, on the hob, then clean it from the skin.
3. Boil the beans until tender.


4.Prepare a garlic sauce ground in a mortar, rubbed with salt, olive oil and a teaspoon of mustard. Thin it with 2 tablespoons of donut brine.
5.Cut the beans into pieces, add the donuts and peppers into slices, then the corn kernels.
