Puff pastry with cocoa cream

From the previous evening I left the margarine out of the fridge and in the morning I put it in a bowl with the sugar and mixed well. I also added cocoa and rum essence. I cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 pieces and baked them in the oven. After they cooled I assembled as follows: sheet down, cream, foil, cream, foil, cream and foil. On top I put the remaining cream with my pocket and I put powdered sugar on the edges.

It is easy to do but also fast. Good appetite.
