Easter with cheese

It took-mix the flour with the salt, sugar, lemon peel, then add the yeast dissolved in a little warm milk, lard, egg yolks and gradually the milk. Knead a non-sticky crust and cover, then leave to rise for 1 hour

Filling-Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, the orange pulp, mix the sour cream with beaten eggs and add over the cheese, mix well and refrigerate.

Spread the crust in a thin, round sheet, place in a tray lined with baking paper and on the side walls. Prick it with a fork and add 2 tablespoons of semolina, add the cheese filling and cut the excess dough if we have left.

Add beaten eggs with vanilla sugar on top of the cheese and put in the preheated oven until nicely browned (about 35-40 minutes)
